Phenomenal! Sure, they were a tad bit late, but sometimes morning traffic can be VERY unpredictable, but after arriving, the guys were ready to get to business! He took a few measurements, then went around the corner to the Home Depot to get all of the supplies and they were finished in about two hours! The work was excellent and he even left me the left over paint so that I can touch up other areas if needed! What I was more impressed with...was the fact that they weren't trying to shove different upsales down my throat that I didn't need to have done. They answered my questions and took care of what they needed to. Nothing more. Simple. I like simple. I like this company.

Representative of Roofing Solutions came out as scheduled. Was pleasant and we discussed the concerns that I had about faschia and overhang. However, he spent about 40 minutes here which included going up on the roof and our discussion and told me everything was okay. He did not leave any thing with me but a card so I have "no proof" that an inspection was actually done. I believe this is less than professional. In addition, he told me what "I" could do as far as power washing and repainting the faschia and overhang. Not sure, at this time if I would have them back.

Fine. Showed up on time and did work as promised. Provided follow up report for our home buyers.

The contractor was late arriving for the appointment. He was supposed to make minor repairs and adjustments to roof and guttering and merely inspected. It took only half an hour.

Everything went well. The gentleman arrived on time, did everything exactly as we agreed upon, and did quality work. I have no complaints.

This company is professional and will work around your schedule. They have a very straightforward estimating and payment process. I was able to pay over the phone using my credit card and didn't even have to be home while the work was performed. However, I did get a chance to go home and make sure the work was right before I paid.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. We'll see how it is after it rains. It took a long time before they got in touch with me.

Roofing Solutions was quick to respond and came right out to assess the roof problems, taking care of the immediate issues by securing it from any rainfall that may have come. They assessed the needed repairs and ensured they could match the shingles. Once materials were secured, they returned on the day agreed upon, arriving promptly and went right to work repairing loose/missing shingles that matched perfectly with the existing ones. They even agreed to take care of some wood siding issues and did the work the same day. The workers were conscientious and professional. All the workmanship was top notch, properly done, and I've had no problems since. The entire process was done quickly, efficiently, and as agreed. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Brooks, and I'm confident I've now found my roofing company I can count on next time the need arises.

Terry Jackson came promptly out to evaluate my roof. I knew from seeing the roof that a tree branch had messed a couple of shingles on my roof. Not knowing anything more, Terry proceeded to inspect the roof. He took pictures of problems that I was unable to see from the ground. He explained what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. The cost was fair and seemed reasonable for what had to be done. It did take a couple of days for someone to call me and set up a time to do the work, but in the end it was setup at a convenient time for me and my work schedule. The gentleman who came out and did the work was VERY professional and did a fine job. I would definitely use them and recommend them.

I paid $110.00 for 2 wind turbines and $25.00 for a bundle of asphalt shingles and the job was completed in less than 2 hours with the $89 coupon.

I would rate them an A overall.

I can not say enough about Terry Jackson and Roofing Solutions of Texas. As a disabled vet I can't do a lot of work on my guttering. I asked Terry and company to come out due to their special on Angie's list. When Terry arrived he stated that his company doesn't really do what I asked him to. He assessed my home and stated, "I'll make sure we get this done if I have to do it myself." I so appreciate them, and RECOMMEND them to ANYONE with out reservation.

I was not real happy with this deal. They gave me a time to do the work and did not show up. I had to call them back. The person I spoke with said the technician was going to show up but he didn’t. I had the schedule set up at 10 a.m. and they did not show up until 6 p.m. When he got here, he asked which package deal I purchased because he said he may have to charge more. The caulk he put around the leaking area does not look good. My roof is grey and the caulk is some kind of silver color. I am not sure the leak is fixed, but he did not walk the roof. I just feel like he wanted to do a quick fix on the leak and then try to find a bigger job on my roof. I would not recommend them.

,Terry Jackson came out to size up the job and give me an estimate. He was a nice guy , who sounded very experienced. He didn't try to over sell me on anything. He came accross as an honest, professional guy who would like to earn your business for life. I also dealt with the project foreman Bill Brooks who oversaw the job.They arrived early and Bill told me how long the job would take. He was hands on in caulking my flashing and communicating with the workers. The workers seemed very organized and cleaned everything up when they were done.I was very pleased with the job and I won't hesitate to call them when I need a new roof.

They were able to come out very quickly and complete the work. The special "Deal" was $99.00 but ended up paying an extra $150.00 which I assume was due to having to remove the satellite dish. Overall they were very fast and efficient.

The service call couldnt have gone better! The roof inspection and minor maintenance was done quickly and professionally and saved me from getting on the roof to do the maintenance work myself. To make things even better, they also took care of some minor fence repair work that I had been meaning to get to, but hadnt had time to take care of. I will definitely use Roofing Solutions again if necessary!

It went extremely well. I contacted Roofing Solutions and left a contact number but when they tried to contact me to schedule an inspection trip, my cell phone was malfunctioning. Terry from Roofing Solutions made numerous calls to me, each time leaving a voice mail message that he was trying to reach me. He was very persistent, even going so far as driving to these addresses to see if he could find us at home. Eventually I re-contacted Roofing Solutions and found out they had been trying to reach me. We scheduled an inspection visit and Terry was very prompt and very professional. He inspected our two roofs and gave us a very honest appraisal about what he would recommend as far as necessary repairs. When the date for the actual repairs came around, the roofing team was on time, did the work and cleaned up after themselves at both properties. We have one more house that needs attention and we will definitely be contacting Roofing Solutions for that job as well.

I can't thank Terry and company for their helpfulness. They went above and beyond the call. I will definitely call them in future for any further needs.

This company was great. Very professional, courteous and prompt. Didn't urge any fixes other than what we needed. Will use them for any future roof issues and recommend them to neighbors!

Was able to fix mistakes that another roofing company made, excellent work and knows how to fix a roof, if you need a roofer I highly recommend these guys. I've dealt with several roofers over the last fews years working on my house and all the others were poor to bad except Roofing Solutions of Texas, they're a definite keeper! I will call these guys for any future roofing needs, they were honest, open, and fair priced. Don't trust your roof to anyone else.
