I wanted to get a leak fixed. They said they couldn't pinpoint the exact area of the leak and said they'd have to re-roof a large area of the roof. They priced that out at a high price. I found another roofer who would be able to fix the leak without reshingling that much of the roof, which led to a cheaper price.

It went well, very professional and they took care of my problem.

The Big Deal was completed on time and as advertised. During the inspection, Terry Jackson, Sales Manager, noted that the roof was significantly under ventilated -- a fact confirmed by three other roofing contractors. Terry provided an estimate to replace the dryer's roof vent with a proper dryer vent and install 6 new roof vents. The work was performed as promised. Before the installer left, I questioned whether the new dryer vent was installed backwards. My suspicion was confirmed when a second workman returned a few days later to reverse the position of the vent, replace a few shingles around the vent, and paint the vent to color match the roof. I don't know why the first installer did not perform the installation correctly but I was impressed with the fact that the company pro-actively corrected the problem without further contact from me. The roof vent installation took just a couple of hours and for the amount of time involved I thought the price a little high. I am satisfied with the outcome and would use the company again. As a side note: Previously, I had three companies and a home inspector inspect our roof for hail damage and possible replacement. Roofing Solutions of Texas was one of three who said that while there was evidence of hail strikes, I didn't need to replace the roof. Should I need to replace the roof in the future, Roofing Solutions of Texas will be one of the companies bidding on the work.

Owner came out and assessed the damage and said they would be out to fix it. He was very professional. The quality of work appears to be excellent and I would definitely use him again. It was quick and painless fix.

Matt was our contact with the company. He was always on time with appointments and returned calls when needed. He was present when the insurance appraiser was here and confirmed all the necessary repairs including gutters and screens. He was very thorough in explaining the way the insurance company procedures worked as well as the contract with his company. He was very professional as well as friendly and helpfull. The work was completed in the time frame he said and they even worked with us to avoid a visit from family members. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and feel the work was a very high quality as well as a good value for the cost. We would definitely use them again as well as recomend them to friends and family.

It turned out fine. He came out, identified the problem and fixed it quickly.

Terry Jackson was great. He come out and inspected the roof, gutters and siding. Found one spot that needed repair and did it while he was here. He took pictures of parts of the roof and gutters that are wearing but found no need to replace the roof or gutters right now. I will definitely call on them again when the time comes. The are the best.

We were told by the company to call Terry and he would schedule us. We spoke with Terry and he said he probably could not get any of his guys to come to our area for just $199.00 and he would call us back. After several messages following that we never got a return call and hired someone else to do the work.

It was good. Everything was fine. I didn’t have any issues with them.

It went good. They gave us some tips on what we may need to do in the next few years. They also gave us an estimate on additional work. They did what the deal said and they did a good job. They didn’t try to sell us anything. They were very responsive and very friendly.

We obtained a bid for roof replacement, but chose a different provider.

He came very punctually and he looked at the roof. I didn't have any particular problem and he said that you don't have anything to worry about.

So far they have been great. He responded to me with an email short;ly after I booked the Big Deal.

Everything was terrific. He was able to blend in the new shingles with the old. I know where the repair was made and i can't tell the difference. This deal was purchased through Angie's list as one of the specials. We were able to make an appointment on a date and time of our choosing. He was at the house on-time and was finished and everything cleaned up in a very short time.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The service was professional and the person who came out was honest. He said the roof was actually in pretty good shape. The interaction was pleasant.

I purchased a Big Deal for "2 hours of Roof, Gutter and Fence Maintenance." Terry arrived on time, was professional in appearance and manner and was easy to talk to. He inspected the entire roof taking pictures along the way. He found one small area of hail damage but said it was nothing to be concerned about. Told me to have my dryer vent cleaned and showed me the lint buildup in one of his pictures. Also told me to clean out my gutters and remove the gutter screens. I had to remind him of the fence inspection. He suggested I have the fence sealed, but didn't walk the fence or inspect it closely. Looking over the specifics of the "Big Deal" I purchased in order to write this review, I now realize that according to the offer, he should have repaired the minor roof damage instead of just telling me about it. On the other hand, I should have brought it up to him. If I buy a Big Deal in the future, I will make sure that everything included in the offer is performed.

I am very pleased with the seamless aluminum gutters and down spouts they installed for me. They removed the old ones and cleaned up all the trash related to old removal and new installation
