That turned out great. He came out for a gutter cleaning, but I asked him about some gutter covers. His company also did that for me too about a week or so later. I was really happy with that and it looks nice. I have a huge pine tree and they do not accumulate in the gutters anymore.

Good. The owner was injured and it took a bit to get another person to contact me. Once everything was scheduled, everything went well.

Mark arrived on time as scheduled. Got right to work; checked every inch of the roof, made the small repairs and gave me an overall assessment of my 19-year-old roof. There are a couple things I will have done - by Texas Roofing Solutions - in the next couple of months but he said the roof by and large is in good shape.

GREAT! This company communicates great. Matthew phoned and arrived promptly. He performed the inspection, showed me the pictures he took of issues on my roof. He then went back up and sealed the areas he discovered. He was very thorough explaining everything he found. He was very professional.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. They came and located the problem I was having with my roof. They fixed it, but the only thing I would really dock them on would be the price. I think they could have given me a little bit better deal. For all I know that might have been a good price; I just had nothing to compare it to. However, they did a very valuable service for me and did it promptly. Everything else was top notch.

Excellent! I can't say enough about this company. They do outstanding work and they go above and beyond to insure that all is perfect and that I am completely satisfied. I called Roofing Solutions of TX a few years back when a roofer told me that my roof needed to be replaced. Matt came out at that time and took a look at the roof and told me that unless my roof gets hit by a major hail storm, my roof should last many more years. Because of his honesty, when my roof did get hit by hail I did not hesitate to call him back. I knew that this was the company that I wanted to do business with. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again if necessary. They are wonderful to work with, efficient and professional.

Terry showed up the same day I called to look things over and give me an estimate. He not only discussed the work and recommendations, but gave me an overall understanding of the quality of my roof and the issues to consider going forward. A few business days later Bill showed up with a crew, and they got the work done within several hours. I'm pleased with the quality of the work, and would work with them again on any roofing issues.

had a few disconnects on scheduling and timing. original estimate was to fix leak and to repair some wood areas on the multilevel roof eaten up by squirrels, including repainting. Wood repair and painting went as planned. Owner came out to review leak solution and determined something else should be done to fix it. He did that repair - and since then thru several thunderstorms - no leaking!! Had some follow up calls indicating right hand didn't know that left hand had fixed problem - but that was minor. I am pleased with the end result!!

I had an estimate on April 17th. They gave me a quote and said they would be back next week. Two and a half weeks later I called back. The owner was very sorry and assured me he was all about customer services. He can in person out to my house within 3 hours, did a super job repairing my roof and refused to take any compensation for his work. You also way hear BS about customer service ...... but his guy means it and lives up to it....

They had someone come out and he did check the roof but since our roof was new, there was nothing really to be done but they were ok.

Leaking still present but he did mention that unless the whole area is taken up he could not guarantee his attempted correction of the issue.

It worked out well. They came out within the first few weeks after I purchased the deal. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

Not only gave a free estimate but fixed 3 loose shingles -- shingles that others had reported to me during their estimates. I was expecting to have to replace the whole roof, as many others in my neighborhood had done. Bill Brooks met me at the appointed time, finished quickly, and was very courteous and professional. He will the the one I call when the roof finally needs serious repairs.

Bill Brook came out on a rainy Sunday morning to give me a bid. He gave me a bid in the range that I felt was more than reasonable and would be able to do the job the following Thursday. It was suggested that the price of materials would be increasing and his workers would be busy tending to damage roofs caused by the hail storm in the Denton area the day before. The job was started on schedule and completed within eight hours and did a great job cleaning up.

Took a while to schedule due to illness etc but once the visit was made, very pleased. Prompt, thorough and took photos to show me. Matt was great!

I bought a "big deal" through Angie's list for roof inspection and maintenance. I had a little trouble contacting the company, but not a big deal. There were a few shingles to replace and I got a new vent over the garage area. The work was done well, on time, and at a reasonable cost. They told me my roof was a class 4, impact resistant, Lifetime Roof and that I should let my insurance company know in order to receive a discount on my homeowners insurance. This was great news, and I am very grateful for it. The odd part was that after telling me that Roofing Solutions could come out and fill in the certification paperwork for a $50 fee, the owner then was hard to get in touch with. When I finally reached him, he told me he'd check into it, and only the installation company could do the certification. I checked into it myself, even trying to contact the previous owner of the house. ANY roofing company can certify the roof, and in fact Cloud Roofing came out and did so for $75. Now I am getting a 27% discount on my home insurance. While I am grateful to Roofing Solutions for letting me know about my impact-resistant roof, I'm still scratching my head at the misinformation they gave me about certifying it.

Based on prior reviews on Angie?s list, we contacted Roofing Solutions for an estimate to repair a roof leak that had caused damage in our garage. The owner came out the next day, arrived promptly and looked at the roof not only for the repairs but with the eyes of an inspector to be sure there was nothing that would cause us a problem in the future sale of our house. He gave us an estimate for that work which we thought was very reasonable. He also let us know that he would provide a 1 year guarantee of the work along with a written statement of roof condition. He was professional, efficient, and personable and we decided to have the roof repair done. Although theirs was not the cheapest bid, providing the work guarantee and written statement of condition and the owner?s professionalism led us to choose Roofing Solutions of Texas despite the additional cost. The roofing crew arrived the next day to complete the repair. They were on time and worked in a professional manner. The owner was here to be sure that the job was done to our satisfaction and when the crew left you would not have even known they had been here ? they left the area very clean which has not been typical for other roof work we?ve had done. While looking at the damage in the garage to determine where the roof leak might be, the business owner asked if we had someone to repair the damaged area. We did not, so he provided an estimate of what it would take to make the repair as well as fix another small area in the garage we pointed out to him. His crew arrived on the agreed-to date on time and ready to work. They completed the work within the time estimated and were required to do framing, drywall installation and texturing of the walls to match the current walls. We had some other minor jobs we found out this company could do at a reasonable rate. We had them install some new crown molding in the dining room and they matched the already existing woodwork in the adjacent area perfectly. In addition, they were able to help us hang a light that was at the top of a two story atrium. We are so please with the work they have done for us we look forward to using them in the future for any additional jobs we might have that require their carpentry and drywall expertise and of course if roofing is necessary for any reason they will be the first people we call. Bill came out to our house to give an estimate on Wednesday. Our chimney was missing some boards on the corner, and some of the worn out wooden boards needed replacing. On Thursday, his team came out and finished the job in a couple of hours. Great work guys!

They came to check our roof for leaks we were having on the front porch. The roof was the original roof. We were told we didn't need an entire new roof but the liner was felt and had rotted away. He said he could put down a new liner and replace tiles that needed replacing and said he could also replace the gutter guards that had come off due to the ice storm. He said it would take a few days to find tile that would match our tile. He was punctual, and very tidy. He even brought his son with him to pick up scraps that fell to the ground. He cleaned up everyday after himself and left materials neatly in a stack. He was professional and did exactly what he said he would do. I even think it took him longer than he thought, but the price remained the same. I felt he was completely trustworthy and I will use him again next time we have roof issues. I will also refer him to anyone who asks. He finished on a Saturday and we paid him but noticed some tile residue left in the drive way. Before we could call on Monday, someone had come and cleaned up the drive way. I have never had a contractor come back and clean up their mess once they had been paid without many many nagging phone calls.

TX Roofing Solutions made the entire process of replacing our home's roof and gutters very simple. They walked us through the repair process and helped us interface with the claims adjuster and our insurance company. We felt were were treated with honesty and respect. The roof was replaced in one day. The gutters were installed soon thereafter. We are delighted with the results. No more leaks!

Bill came out on a saturday morning to assist me with isolating and locating a roof leak. After examining the area of the roof that appeared to be associated with the leak, he quickly assessed what repair work would be required and explained the course of action that would be needed to resolve the leak issue. His estimate to do the repair work was very reasonable, as compared to another roofing contractor that came out to look at the roof, and he was able to schedule the repair work quickly. He came out to do the repair work when promised and finished the work that day.

First of all- fantastic service, communication, and my new roof looks awesome! I would highly recommend Bill and Roofing Solutions of Texas. I called Bill to discuss my issue: the corrugated polycarbonate roofing panels covering my patio arbor needed replacement due to wind damage and poor installation by the original contractor. He came out the following morning and was able to give me an estimate to replace the entire roof before he left. He provided me with the website for the manufacturer of the metal panels he recommended as a replacement material so that I could pick a color, and ordered them as soon as I got back to him with my selection. Later that afternoon Bill emailed me with the delivery date of my panels, and we scheduled installation for the following morning. The weather on the day prior to installation had been cold and quite rainy, and that morning Bill called to let me know that they were running about two hours behind to finish off work from the previous day- would that be ok? The new time worked for me and I was very appreciative to have gotten the call (it amazes me how many contractors leave you sitting at home wondering where they are; do they not realize the value of a 30 second phone call?). Truthfully, I suspected the weather would have put them even further behind so a mere two hour delay was a pleasant surprise. When Bill and his crew showed up they got right to work- they removed the old roof and installed the new one, all in about an hour and a half. Afterwords they cleaned up and my patio looked just as neat as it had before, with the addition of the new roof. The metal panels are a huge improvement over the cheap corrugated ones, and the green color looks great against the brick color of the house. A+ !!

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. They were also punctual and did exactly what they said they would. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

Last year in the spring we had Roofing Solutions of Texas come out and patch our roof as well as add new flashing around a plumbing vent stack. To this date we have had zero water intrusion and are pleased with their work. After a heavy wind storm a few weeks ago, my wife noticed the area where the patch job was performed had missing roofing shingles. This was due to the old, existing roof work that was completed many years prior and the lack of structural integrity of the old shingles. Matt Smith came out to diagnose the situation and confirmed that the storm ripped up old shingles and took the new shingles with it. This was not due to poor work or materials from Roofing Solutions of Texas but more-so with weak materials that was original to the home. Matt took an hour or two out of his Saturday to come and correct our situation for us. He was prompt and extremely courteous. His dedication task orientation and included with his professionalism left me as a happy customer. I would definitely use Roofing Solutions of Texas again for any and/or all of my future roofing needs.
