Roofing Solutions of Texas

I attempted to use the company that had replaced my roof in 2008, but when they failed to show up for the appointment, I called Roofing Solutions. I was contacted back, but by that time the company claimed they were enroute to my residence. I advised the rep, Terry that I was going to go with another company. He was very nice about it and advised if I need any additional assistance in the future to keep Roofing Solutions in mind. I really felt bad about not using him after I had called for someone to take a look at my roof, but as I said, he was very personable and professional. No harm, no foul. So, the other roofing company stated they had been out, but I was not at home. He provided me an estimate for the work to be done and then mentioned my cat. I knew thn he had not been to my residence because I don't have a cat. He stated he would return the same day, but never showed up. On Friday, I contacted Roofing Solutions again. I heard from Terry the next day, which I was surprised. I thought he would not call me because I didn't follow through with my last phone call. However, again he was very personable and professional. He advised that he would come out today, Saturday and take a look at my roof. He was on time, introduced himself and provided a business card. He checked my roof, observed where I needed the repair and performed the repairs. I asked him to check my gutters because some of the nails were coming out. Also, to remove some debris from my roof that could be seen from the street. He took care of all of it during his visit. Although, for me the repair seemed serious because you always worry about your roof leaking if left unattended. He assured me it was not as serious as it looked. Terry was very understanding of my concerns. He was respectful and professional,. I say that because you can get some male providers out that are condescending to women and at times do not listen to what you're saying to them. I can't say that about Terry. He was very nice, patient and kind. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would use him again.

He did not get on the roof, only did an inspection from the attic. He did nothing to maintain the roof just looked at it. Only made recommendations for replacing some trim boards.

All work was completed to our satisfaction, and we would use them again for any future roofing issues.

They were fine. They were pretty quick.

We thought we had a roof leak, but it turned out to be a pinhole leak in a hose attached to our water heater (in attic). A fine powerful stream of water (unseen by us) was shooting up onto the roof rafters and since it had just rained we figured it was a roof leak. Terry came out promptly early the next morning. I had been back up in the attic and discovered the source of the leak. I wasn't necessarily convinced that there might not still be a coincidental problem with the roof. Terry climbed up and walked a large section of the roof and gave it the thumbs up. All at no charge. Nothing for his trip, his inspection and advice/assessment. Obviously we often hear a lot of tales about unscrupulous roofers. Terry is absolutely the opposite. He's a straightshooter and has been in the business for a long time. He knows his stuff and doesn't mislead his prospects. He did mention some caulking I could use around my chimney. And gave me a quote to replace some rotting boards on the outside of my chimney.

It was really good. They stuck to their price. The guy who did the work was very courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.

Terry Jackson came out within hours of speaking to him on the phone. He provided a written estimate of the proposed work after examining my roof. He came out the next morning and got the work done. It was a real pleasure to work with Terry. All the praises I read about him from previous customers were well founded. I'm no roofing expert, and I felt confident that the information I got from Terry was correct., and there was no effort on his part to recommend work that he felt didn't need to be done. I really liked that. The finished work looked good, and I feel confident that my roof is now in excellent shape. I would highly recommend this company, and Terry in particular.

After a windstorm we contacted roofing solutions to give us an estimate for our roof. Terry Jackson the sales manager promptly contacted us to give us an estimate. We decided to go with roofing solutions because of Terry's professionalism and the fair estimate. It was below what was quoted by allstate and we received an angies discount. Terry addressed any of our concerns and scheduled a date for repair. He came out and inspected the work on the day it was done. We were very pleased with his service and would call roofing solutions again.

It was beyond my expectations. Terry came out and removed my fears. Explaining the separation and giving me options on repairs in the future. He did not try to get me to do repairs that were not needed. He explained that it was cosmetic but in the future if I did need a new roof that they could fix the cosmetic items. While they were here I discussed with them about installing a solar attic vent. Terry gave me information and in I was surprised that he did not charge for the inspection. I will absolutely be using them in the near future to install the solar attic vent. Honestly and integrity score an A++ for this business in my book. I will absolutely use them in the future and will ensure that my neighbors know of the honest of this company. Terry is a fantastic person.

sVery accommodating and informative. I had made an appointment with Terry for 2 pm although he preferred a morning appointment. When the appointment I had for the morning asked if it could be changed to afternoon, I called Terry to see if he could change appointment time he had scheduled another job for morning but was able to get to me by 12:30 so I could do both commitments in the same day. Terry did also spot a crack in my skylight but said only one layer cracked, not leaking and would not be further damaged unless I have heavy hail. Very informative about roofs and what to expect on a good roofing contract.

I was introduced to his company by a deal on Angie's List for $99. I was a little disappointed at first because they did not contact me as timely as they had indicated they would. That is where my disappointment ends. Terry Jackson was my contact and he was awesome. My life got very hectic but Terry continued to reach out to me. Not every day but enough to let me know he wanted my business. After a couple of weeks of playing phone tag (mostly me not returning calls) Terry and I connected. He came out to do the $99 job and provided me a quote on other work I needed. I called Terry several weeks later to schedule the quoted work but the phone tag began again. Once again, primarily my fault. Terry and his guy came out this past Thursday, did the job and actually a little more that I pointed out to them. I am beyond please. Terry and his subcontractor were very professional. The work looks good, the clean up was awesome. Among other things I was concerned the work would be performed by someone I could not communicate with but that was not the case. All I can really say is that any fears I had with contractors in the past, Roofing Solutions put to rest. I would definitely use them again and recomment you give them a try if you need roofing work. Terry Jackson is a decent man - give this company a try.

It was difficult to get them scheduled because of limited staff. They rescheduled a number of times before coming out. The service it's self was decent.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. Matt and crew know their business, and know it very well. They have been in business for many years, not like some fly-by-night roofers that magically appear after hail storms. And as you can see from the reviews, including mine, they do a good job. I highly recommend this roofing company, and will use them again in the future - because I know they will still be around, unlike some.

They knew exactly what the problem was. In fact they showed me where the leak was on the roof. They removed the old shingles and replaced the trough with special roofing material to prevent a future problem. They also replaced a vent and sealed with caulk. They also replaced a missing shingle by the chimney. Terry and Bill have been in the roofing business for many years and identified the issue within minutes. The job was completed quickly and at a reasonable price.

Terry was very responsive to my messages through Angie's List. He inspected the roof the next day, we agreed on a price, then set up a day the following week for the work to be done. The worker showed up promptly at the time and date agreed upon. The paint work was done very well - a thick coating was applied with no visible overspray. I'm normally a do-it-yourselfer, but considering the pitch of my roof and the large number of items to paint, I was more than happy to let a professional do the job. The price was a bargain and the work looks great. About a year earlier, I had received a quote from a DIFFERENT roofing company on Angie's List for over $1,000 just to seal all of the roof penetrations (which they didn't need, and no painting). Roofing Solutions of Texas is a very professional company that does quality work and is customer-friendly. If I ever need more costly repairs, I won't hesitate to contact them.

Roofing Solutions helped me with some significant roof repair I needed due to some squirrel damage. They located all areas of damage, pulled up the tiles, repaired the roof, purchased replacement tiles as needed, and took care of all damage. I found the team to be very professional, knowledgable, and reliable. I hope never to have roof problems again - but if I did, I would call these guys.

I could not be happier. I had water running into my house after a bad storm. I contacted Roofing Solutions of Texas through Angies List and they came out to the house a few hours later. They had shingles that matched mine on the truck. Bill Brooks immediately started to work and replaced several sections of shingles and was done with everything within 30 minutes. Looks great! Fast, courteous, quality service. I would definitely use them again and recommend this company to others.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal and it turned out okay. They recommended something different and that is what I did. I think it should have cost more, but they did not charge me more for it.

They were great. They also sent me photos of everything so I could verify everything. They were awesome. The scheduling was great.

The guy (sorry, I can't remember his name) from Roofing Solutions of Texas was on time, very professional, and efficient. I was amazed at how fast he got onto my roof! He did some minor repairs, but I was unable to inspect them, given that I don't particularly care for heights! His final recommendation was to install a new roof, and he would handle my insurance claim. I did not take him up on his offer, yet I know it needs to be done soon.

The company responded shortly after I called and sent someone out quickly to inspect the roof. The gentleman was friendly and professional, and he diagnosed that the roof didn't really need any repairs. In order to prevent the deal from being a complete loss, however, the company sent someone out at a later date to do some caulking around my roof's vents.
