Very professional. Did what they said they would do. Provided me with all the pictures they took - when I requested them after the fact. No issues.

House had missing Shingles and 2 major areas of leakage into the house when it would rain. One area around the Skylight and 2nd a few ft. down from the Skylight. I located Roofing Solutions of Texas and purchased the $199 Roof Maintenance Coupon, Sunday, 10/4. I provided online 3 dates/times I was available for scheduling/visit. The next day, 10/5, I received an Angie's List Message from Terry w/Roofing Solutions who asked for my best contact number/email address to schedule my appointment. I replied w/my info and received a call from Terry later that morning. We scheduled his visit for the next day, 10/6 @10:30am. Terry arrived at 10:30am and I showed him the areas of the house that needed work - leaks and shingles. After looking over the house, Terry showed current pictures and advised: 1. Half of the roof (addition to the original house) needed to be replaced. Had multiple lines of caulking where attempts were made to close gaps/holes. 2. Small Dip in roof. 2nd leak could be due to run off water from the skylight that runs down the roof and sits in this pocket, then leaks in the house. 3. Skylight needs to be reflashed. 4. Missing Shingles are actually Fascia. (Which Roofing Solutions did not perform this type of service, and I would have to contact a Siding Company that replaced Aluminum Fascia) I wasn't going to replace the roof at this time, due to Foundation Issues being a primary repair at this time prior to a Roof replacement. However, I did want to stop the leak around the Skylight. Terry offered an Angie's List Discount on any repair and advised a worker could reflash the Skylight the next day. I asked if I would need to be present for the repair since I would be at work the next day, and Terry stated I didn't need to be present just give consent. I agreed to the Skylight. Terry contacted me the next day 10/7 early am to verify the worker could start working, and I agreed. Terry sent me updates and pictures during the job and after the job was complete. Once completed, Terry advised the Skylight shouldn't have any more leaks. My overall experience with Roofing Solutions of Texas/Terry was Great. I am only giving a overall B rating instead of an A since I haven't seen if the Skylight no longer leaks due to a lack of rain. There was slight rain the day after installment, but I wasn't home to verify any leakage. 11/5/2015 - Since writing the review, rain has occurred in the area and No Leaks around the Skylight. Overall A rating.

The roof needed to be replaced, but I was hoping to get away with a repair. I had another company replace the roof because of a more competitive price.

It turned out fine. It took a long time to come give us an estimate but once they did the work it was fine. There were a couple of other little things we had them do on top of the deal.

Everything went well. It turned out to be more expensive than I thought it would be.

He made a thorough review of the roof, including its condition and any exposed nails and damaged shingles. He made minor repairs.

Company helped me work with insurance company after a hail storm. Company was responsive to my inquiries, did an effective job of working with the insurance company, and installing the new shingles. It took them one day to take off the old roof and install the new one. They were prompt and did a nice job. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure to remove all nails from the yard. That's important since we own dogs.

The estimator, Terri, was professional & knew his product, answered all questions. The crew foreman was on site 95% of the time, he fixed questionable cut tiles. Did a thorough inspection after job completed.

In response to deficiencies noted by a home inspector (and inability to get to all areas of my roof to complete a thorough inspection), I requested inspection/estimates from 3 different roofing contractors to determine if any remediation was needed. Roofing Solutions (Terry) responded promptly, provided a thorough assessment, showed me pictures, advised that the perceived deficiencies were normal and did not require any repairs. I appreciated his honesty/integrity and will definitely refer him to others.

Terry Jackson was GREAT. #1 called me within an hour of me placing my order on Angie's list - there was a $199 roofing inspection special. He came out the very next morning - and did everything perfectly. Offered me couple of solutions for a few things, but was gracious and understanding when I declined/deferred those. I would most definitely use this company again. He was so pleasant and kind and professional. I take comfort in that as a single female.

I purchased this deal because I am ticking off items listed on my inspector's report from the purchase of my house. The inspector had documented some items on the roof and provided pictures which were very helpful to the roofer. I am extremely happy with Terry Jackson from Roofing Solutions of Texas. On their deal they included minor roof repairs, caulking exposed nail heads on flashing, resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, etc. and general maintenance. This was just what I needed and Terry did a great job. He also took pictures to show me the different areas worked on. It was a great experience and I am referring Roofing Solutions of Texas to my son-in-law and anyone else who needs a roofer. It is nice to have a local company you can count on and feel good about.

It went very well. It was hard to find a time I wasn't busy and Terry kept trying. Would use again.

Following the recent heavy rains we had some leakage around the chimney. We also had some water heaters replaced and their vent stacks had been pushed up during installation and needed resealing. Terry returned my call and set up a visit to go up and assess the situation and give me a cost to do the repairs. He said he would have his number one repair roofer come within the week to do the work. On the scheduled day, Victor arrived exactly at 8AM and did all that was listed in the scope of work as well as a few other pop ups that he found as he went over the entire roof. Prompt, professional and efficient. A+ work.

Purchased Big Deal for roof maintenance. Company contacted next day and left message would call next day to schedule. Did not hear anything more. Contacted by message on 7/13 to see if they were going to set up something. No answer. Did the refund for the Big Deal purchase on 7/16 since I received no response. Suddenly, received a call on 7/17 after refund was processed that they wanted to get with me. Sorry...Too Late. Excuse was BUSY, well then why would I expect any better treatment going forward.

Roofing Solutions found the point of the leak (thanks in good part to my having a video of the rain coming through.) It was coming in through a defective seal around a vent pipe. They replaced the flashing, resealed it and replaced several adjacent shingles. They got the work done within a week of assessing the problem (obviously they had to wait until it quit raining). It cost me $250, which I thought was worth every penny, since I have had this problem for a couple of years and could never find the source of the problem (whether it was a roof leak or the AC system condensation). When I need my roof replaced, I will definitely call Roofing Solutions. They were fast, responsive, patient and thorough.

The roof inspector was on time and spent about an hour inspecting our roof. I had a small leak around one of the stacks which he resealed. Also, he checked our roof to judge it's overall condition and we discussed other areas of the roof that had given trouble in the past. Very thorough and helpful. I would highly recommend this provider.

Great team of men. Terry was very helpful and provided great service. He was in constant contact with either myself or my husband and the work was done fast. He gave some helpful advice about my 2nd skylight and when that one is ready to be replaced I'll be calling these guys. He was honest and didn't try to sell me a new roof when I'm sure others would have.

While this was a small job, they came out promptly for an estimate and did the repair quickly at the agreed upon price. Very easy to deal with. Very happy and will use them again.

Terry (owner) came on time for the initial appointment. He went up on the roof and determined that certain shingles and flashing needed to be replaced or adjusted. Getting up on the second floor roof of this two story house was not an easy task. He said that in general, the roof was in good shape and a new roof was not needed on this 19 year old house. We were surprised but happy. He presented an estimate, which we approved, and we scheduled an appointment. Terry called us prior to the scheduled appointment and told us there would be a delay for a few days due to rain. After 3-4 days of continual rain, Terry called and told us that the weather looked acceptable. The job was done within a few hours. Clean up was excellent. Terry called and we paid the price as agreed. There were no surprises and the leak has not recurred. I would definitely use this firm again. Terry

Terry came out to look at a leak that had developed due to recent heavy rains. He surveyed the situation and gave me several useful tips related to my roof. He identified a couple of areas that could use maintenance but did not push for any services to be provided immediately. The leak was not clearly associated with a source, and he narrowed it down to the likely culprits. Since it was less than the minimum service charge to do the fix he suggested, he also had his team address a couple other items that could become problems in the future. Overall, I thought he was very trustworthy and addressed the problem as needed. I would highly recommend him to any friends and family.

These guys are amazing. I had a roof leak and over the past year had two randoms from craigslist come out to fix it shelling out a few hundred each time and each time it did not get fixed. I finally called this company and a gentleman came out the very next day that weather permitted (been storming all month). He found a few things wrong on the roof and gave me an estimate for repairs. After hearing about the problems i had had with roofers in the past he promised me that if after the repairs my roof still leaked in the same spot even a year from now thy would come out and fix it free of charge. After completing the repairs I saw that it was still leaking (though less so) in that spot so I called him and he sent a crew out the very next day. Turned out that one of the craigslist roofers i had hired earlier had done some really improper work leaving lots of small nail holes in my roof that had been contributing to the leak. Roofing solutions of Texas completely pulled up all the shingles from that area also, put some expensive weather guard down on it and and reshingled that area as well (3rd area) completely free of charge just like he said he would and even text me the day after the next rain to follow up and make sure I wasnt having any more problems. These guys really stand by their word and their work and wish I wish i would have called them first. Thanks

It went well I was not able to be there, but they told me everything that they did over the phone. It was completed just in time for a bad rain storm, so I know they fixed the problem since I was able to move the boxes from the attic that was collecting the water, and I was very happy about that. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
