Description of Work: Inspected my roof from a ladder, thought that was weird. He claimed tile roof too fragile to walk on. I had a leak under my patio and asked him to investigate. He did quote me a price without going onto the roof. Got a second company to come out. They immediately went onto the roof and found the problem. Their bid was about 35% of the other bid.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon, explained over the phone what I wanted done. Representative (Terry) visited to inspect the roof and he also explained about the $250 minimum charge at that time. I think we both agree it doesn't make sense given what I need done. I don't see anything about the $250 minimum charge in the coupon.

Description of Work: When we told them we wanted just the $350 amount that was advertised - they said they couldn't send a crew out for less than $750 - as they weren't the actual roofer - they used subcontractors and had to make money. We advised them we wanted a refund and they said to contact you for that. We paid $99.00 and no work was performed.

Description of Work: Did a great job on roof but the drainage issue that they came back to do was bad. Call them about it and they told me it would cost me more money to repair the work that should have been done in the frist place. Buy the way there is some equipment left on my poperty that i will return when and if they come back.

Description of Work: Wanted gutters put around part of front and back they came out and look and about two days,they cam back and did the job in a few hours. it was a few things the crew that did the gutters could not do a mangement team cam out and finished it a the next few days. outstanding job.
