I was not impressed. They quoted me $79.95. They did not move anything, even small side chairs, a small ottoman or our couch, which have movers under them so they are very easy to move. They were here 20 minutes and charged us a total of $216.45. They did not spot clean anything and the carpet took 2 days to dry. I am very disappointed and will not be using them again and do not recommend them.

They did a good job. They were reliable. They were a little heavy on the sales aspect of it once in home in terms of trying to push additional offers but overall, they did a good job. They were very responsive; they were on schedule. The quality of the work was very good.

The carpet took awhile to dry. I don't think that I will use them again because I didn't like their personality and the work they did. They might be fine, but I didn't like them. Their price were very low compared with others.

It went well, I was pleased with the service I've received, and I have no complaints. They called and gave a heads up before arriving at the house, and arrived when they said they would. The guys were courteous and worked efficiently. The color difference between the un-cleaned and cleaned carpet was very much visible. I've used them previously (move-out cleaning), and plan on using them in the future

I was getting ready to move into a house whose previous owner had pets to which I'm allergic. I decided to have all the air ducts and carpets cleaned to cut down on any possible irritants. I called several companies and picked Power Steam Carpet Cleaning because of the price. It was easy to schedule an appointment at the time/day I required. The technician showed up on time. I walked him around the house to show him everything. He had a black light with him and showed me how the dog had peed on practically every carpet in the house.(Ew!) A couple of the carpets were badly stained with wax and/or some orange substance, and something that looked like nail polish. I left him to work and went off to run errands. I returned shortly before he was done and saw him finishing the steam cleaning downstairs. He was making very quick passes over the carpet, which made me wonder how that could be doing a good cleaning job. When he was finished, he showed me the stains he was unable to remove (the orange and pink stuff and the wax). I wasn't too concerned about it, since we're planning to replace all the carpet eventually when our budget allows. He also told me he found an unexpected 2nd return on one of the furnaces, but couldn't find the other end, so he assumed it went to the outside as a fresh air intake. Over the next few days, after the carpet dried, I noticed that the family room carpet still had a big dingy spot in the middle of it. Apparently the steam cleaning didn't do a very good job. I also found that using a little Clorox Green Works on the orange stains mostly got them out. My husband eventually found the extra return in the media room, which is painted black, so it's hard to see. On looking inside the returns when changing the filters, it looks as if the ducts are clean, but it's really hard to tell from what little I can see. If I ever have this type of work done again, I think I'll go with Dalworth.

High pressure for services not wanted, offered extra discounts but bill didn't show verbal offers. Over 48 hrs to dry carpets even with my extra fans. Couldn't return to clean new appearing spots until next week so I still couldn't decorate for holiday party. Assured spots would not reappear after drying 2nd time but they did. Office said manager, David Miller, would be understanding but he wasn't. Too late for them to come out for a 3rd try to clean carpets and wouldn't offered anything else. Talked to him twice and only got a small refund for the disputed math on the bill, nothing for poor results even after 2nd time. Dumped wasted water and chemicals on my yard. David didn't care. Worst experience ever.

Overall, things were pretty good. They leave the drying up to you with little to no assistance. I assumed the would vacuum but that was not the case so they had an extra charge. When the cleaner left the decided to dump the excess water out on my driveway. The company did send out someone to clean it up later.

BRUCE WAS ON TIME AS SCHEDULED. BEST CARPET CLEANING JOB WE'VE EVER HAD IN OUR NEW HOUSE. WE'VE HAD OVER 5 CARPET CLEANERS TOO, SO THAT'S SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT HIS SERVICE.
