Owner checked on job each day. All work done very professionally.

They showed up to work on day the said they would and everyday thereafter at a reasonable hour - we have had contractors that didn't show, postponed start dates and attended to job sporadically - THEY surpassed this basic expectation - highly reliable and responsive. Work done was first rate.

Jeff's crew -- Jose, Juan and Junior -- arrived on time and spent 1 1/2 days doing meticulous prep work on the exterior of the house. Over the 3 1/2 days, we had several discussions with them. They asked questions to make sure the work and detail met our expectations. Good quality of work. They worked hard to make sure the weather did not impact the work and delay it. It is good when you work with a contractor who understands what you want to do, makes good suggestions, and then has very good follow-thru on the completion of the job. No surprises or extra charges. They did good work on the repairs before painting. Definitely recommend them and would use them again. He was not the lowest cost contractor we got estimates from, but we felt that the extra cost was worth the outcome.

This is the second time we have used Jeff and his crew, and they are some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. His crew has been with him for a long time. On the day they started our job it was pouring rain, and they were so cheerful in spite of the weather, while working hard to keep from tracking mud into the house. They are skilled and efficient, and leave everything neat and clean when they leave. Jeff is very responsive and was able to negotiate a little with us on the price. I'm very happy with the job they did. Will definitely use again!

It was great. They were very professional and on time. They worked hard and did everything we asked for and a few extras that we hadn't even noticed. There were cracks that needed to be fixed and an area or two that needed to be resurfaced before painting could be done. They painted everything in the time period we agreed on and it was an A+ job.

For my money, Jeff Worthington has the best crew in town. He is a quiet, candid, upstanding gentleman who is completely dedicated to providing high quality work. Responsiveness, attention to me, thoroughness, attention to detail, and proper workmanship describe my experience with him and his excellent crew. His crew are permanent, long-time, highly experienced employees: Hard working, steady, communicative, and perceptive. Their skills with the sprayer and the brush amazed me. Jeff provided a proposal that was the most thorough and complete with the reasonably highest price of the three painters I sought proposals from. I entered into contract with him because I immediately recognized a guy that is honest and a believer in good service. I had immediate rapport with him. I am retired from 38 years of design experience, and know a good service provider when I visit with them long enough. The bit more that I gladly paid was rewarded with excellent work! Jeff and his excellent crew did not disappoint. I am very pleased with their performance of the work.

Did a great job at a great price

Overall the job went very well. They provided a prompt estimate of the work, within just a few days of making the estimate. Once the job was accepted, they first came to review color and paint choices. Since this was done on-site, it was very convenient. The only delays we experienced were associated with weather: a cold front passed, making the temperatures much cooler than they wanted for quality painting. Once the temperatures warm sufficiently, the paint job was done in the allotted time promised. During the effort, they also found some damage soffits and trim molding, which they offered to repair/replace prior to painting. They did a great job with this as well...I believe the repair work was of better quality than some of the original work!

My wife handled this project and she was very pleased with the whole process from the estimator coming out to look at the project itself to the pricing. Then the completion of the job was done exactly on time and the projects used were very good. The help that was there to provide the work did it in a fast and efficient manner and were very clean. They were right on time.

My experience with Northeast Tarrant Painting went absolutely perfectly - I have used this company several times in the past two-years to paint the exterior and interior of my house. They are always processional, experienced and a Christian company that works hard from start to finish and have always stayed in their bid. I will continue to use this company because of the high quality work they do, their professionalism, cleanliness and honesty. Jeff Wortham owns and employes people with the same value as his.

Recieved estimate and then we called him and told him to put us on his schedule. He was booked a couple of weeks out due to weather ......which was fine with us we were not in any hurry. 2 Guys came and worked on exterior of house all day until completion. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. We also referred our nieghbor to him and I believe they will be doing work for them also.

Jeff's crew is clean, courteous, and true professionals. They continuously check and re-check the work completed to insure it is done to their high standards. In addition to the interior painting, they were willing to do "little favors" like hanging a curtain on a window that we could not reach. They also were able to repair and replace a window sill and re-stain the banisters making the entire project complete. The entire crew showed up on time every day until the job was done and they left the site exceptionally clean the neat. I would enthusiastically recommend Northeast Tarrant Painting Company to anyone who's first priority is quality. This same company repainted the exterior of the house 3-4 years ago with the same success.

The gentleman who came out to give me a price for the job was the owner of the company. He explained exactly what they would do and when. He was very courteous. He gave me the estimated price and then I signed an order for the job. They came when they said they would. The man who gave the estimate did not come with the work crew. The crew cleaned up the area before they left and I was very satisfied with the job. The owner returned to inspect the job when collecting the check for the job.

This was several years ago. I do remember that the crew was prompt very professional and the job was completed to our satisfaction.

The process of searching for a painter began with a call to Kelly Moore paint in Keller for a referral. Jeff Wortham, owner of NORTHEAST TARRANT PAINTING was in the store (one they refer to) and I was able to talk to him immediately. Within 30 minutes Jeff had come to our home, evaluated our needs and gave us a quote. We did get other quotes but chose NORTHEAST TARRANT PAINTING because if their professionalism. (One company came out and gave us a quote but never called us back and when I called them -,the calls went to voice mail.). The third quote was $2,000.00 higher than NORTHEAST TARRANT PAINTING. The entire process was very easy and stress-free. They moved all of the furniture that was in the way and protected all of the surfaces that were not to be painted. The best part about their workmen was their professionalism and their dependability. They arrived when they said they would arrive and they did exactly what they said they would do plus many extras. When the painting was complete they put everything back in place and the owner of the company even cleaned a mirror medallion I have on the ceiling over the dining room table. That was service above and beyond. Each of the workers wanted to be sure we were happy with their work. We were so pleased with the work they did inside that we immediately contracted with them to paint the outside and to repair a storage shed as well as some boards on our home that were rotten. For PRICE, VALUE, DEPENDABILITY, HONESTY and PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I would highly recommend NORTHEAST TARRANT PAINTING. Give them a call and see for yourself.

The painters did a pretty good job at first inspection, but after a few days/weeks, started noticing small errors, not major. The job took a day longer than estimated. We were told it would take 2 days longer, but after having words with the owner (Jeff) they rushed to finish the job the day after estimated. For this, Jeff gave us a $300 discount for our disatisfaction. Other problems we had with this business were: 1- that the workers were leaving their energy drink cans on our furniture (which were not drapped and covered, leaving rings on the tables) 2 - they removed all the blinds in the house to paint. I understand they had to do this, but left the house exposed at night, not hanging sheets or tarps or anything. We were not staying at the house, thus leaving the world to see all the things we owned. Luckily nothing bad happened. 3 - the extra paint they left for touch up was a joke. A 5 gallon bucket with less than a half of an inch leftover. In the 3 months it took before we needed to do a small touch up, the paint was hard and dried up..unusable. 4 - the quality of the paint was the worst I have ever seen. When trying to barely wash the small place on the wall that needed a touch-up, the paint just rubbed off with little effort. No paint leftover to touch up. I did not feel that the owner was properly checking on his crew for supervision purposes. I do not feel that this was a good experience. Also, this may have been my error, but I thought most businesses consider anything other than a credit card as cash (including personal check). Not this business, they gave me a small discount for using cash instead of a credit card, and this is exactly what the owner expected. Was not willing to accept a personal check. Which was no problem for us, but thought it was odd. Also, we did not contact the owner on a the touch up issue or lack of leftover and quality of paint. We just didn't want to deal with them anymore.

Jeff Wortham gave me two estimates on just replacing the rotted wood and, replacing the rotted wood and painting the whole exterior of the house. The price was very reasonable on the estimate and his worker came out and did the whole job in roughly three days. Both the wife and I are very happy with the results. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have this kind of work done.

Jeff was very responsive when we used Angie's List to contact him to request a quote on the services we needed done. He arrived at our house when he was supposed to and was respectful as he toured the outside. His quote was reasonable and he explained the details of each charge. We decided to go with his company just because of the way he was professional and easy to talk with. After we set up the day for his team to start, they were delayed a few days because of the weather. He kept us up to date and when they would be able to start. It was only a week later than what we had originally decided upon. The team showed up and within four days had the entire job complete. Jeff met with us to make sure the job was done to our expectations and approval. The price we paid was exactly what he had quoted us. We really appreciated that there were no surprises and he was true to his quote. We highly recommend Jeff and his team to everyone.

Northeast Tarrant Painting did an excellent job painting three of the rooms in my house. The painters were on time, professional and courteous. They moved the furniture away from the walls and pushed back into place once they were finished. There were no drips and the lines were perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to have some painting done.

Don't have time to answer start to finish. Just let me say, when I need painting, Northeast Tarrant Painting will be my choice. These folks were were for a week. Weather delays.

In addition to their quality work and attention to every detail, I was so pleased with Jeff and his crew for actually LISTENING to what we were asking for! (Shouldn't be that rare nowadays, but it is.) The crew was hardworking, often arriving early (and never late). Jeff was actually pickier than we were, noticing things on the walk-throughs that we missed. We spent a good chunk of money on this project ($12,530) but that was in line with what we had paid for another company (whose signs we frequently saw in neighborhood yards and whose flyers were often mailed out) several years ago... but the other company used poorer quality paint (didn't hold up at all), oversprayed on the brick, didn't take our solar screens off to paint the window wood underneath (Jeff 's crew did), plus didn't fix any problem wood areas. So, to find that Northeast Tarrant Painting Co. did all that and charged no more than the other guys did was appreciated. The house looked so clean and neat when they were done that I am absolutely sure this is a main reason we sold the house without it being too long on the market.

Jeff came within 1 workday to look at the damage and give an estimate to the contractor. He was cautious in telling us that matching the paint would be a challenge because there was no touch up paint available. The sheet rock / textured patch is undetectible to me. The painter spent a couple of hours in the paint store trying to match the existing paint. The color was perfect, but the sheen just could not be matched. After the contractor recognized the problem, the painter came the next morning to paint the entire ceiling. The finished ceiling looks perfect and we are very pleased. Jeff and Louis, the painter, we're very easy to work with, very professional. We will certainly call them to do both inside and outside painting.

It took Jeff several days to respond to our request through Angie's list, but after he did respond things went very well. He came out quickly and gave an estimate. He revised his estimate quickly when we changed the scope of work. The crew, led by Luis, came out as scheduled and did very good work. They also were easy to have around the house -- no loud music, no smoking, etc. We would definitely use them again if we weren't moving.

Workmen were very hard working - left the areas clean each day - no splattered paint and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company and his workers.
