+ 0 moreThis company was scheduled to install tile in 3 areas upstairs in the house at 9 am. I took off work to be there. They called at 10:30 to say they were lost. At 1:30 they showed up to do the job but forgot to bring any backer board with them. They came tore up some carpet and left to never return. When I talked to the owner he said he understood the job to be a utility room downstairs. I told him that we discussed this thoroughly and he knew it was upstairs all along. We discussed, over the phone before he ever came out, pulling the toilet and discussed the tile around the fireplace. We discussed that I would buy and have ready the tile and grout and that he would bring backer board and cement. This company lies and I would never use them.
Description of Work: Tile installation upstairs in the master bath, master fireplace, and laundry room. Approximately 140 sf of tile to be installed.

+ 0 moreThe quality of work is outstanding. He cleans up everything behind himself. If u have any issues, he is right on it. He does not hesitate to do that. I would definitely recommend him and use him for all my tile and carpet work again in the future too. I had no complications with his workers also.
Description of Work: Nino's Flooring put in tiles in our living room and hallway and put in some carpets about 6 months ago.
