Marton's Carpet Care

I was very impressed. I have had my carpets cleaned by others and no one has done as good of a job as Marton's Carpet Care. My technician was very good and worked extra hard to scrub and get the stains out of my carpets. I would recommend Robert Godoy at Marton's. My home smells very fresh and clean. Thank you guys!

Purchased a Big Deal from Angie's list. The company contacted me right away and an appointment was set. Technician arrived as scheduled. The job involved cleaning the carpet in 4 bedrooms and an area rug that we had moved to the garage floor for cleaning and drying. The work was accomplished as detailed in the Big Deal. I was satisfied with the work and technician. Professionalism was dropped a letter grade because the tech attempted to upsell me on a $20 pet stain treatment. The stain was readily removed during the routine cleaning. He also engaged in several cell phone calls while cleaning the carpet.

It went very well. They showed at the time they set up for me. Everything turned out just great. I would use it again and I would recommend it.

Robert did an excellent job cleaning the areas where I had the most concern. I had purchased the "deal", and he gladly worked with me on applying it to what I wanted. Great job, punctual and a pleasure doing business. Highly recommend their services.

The cleaner pro was punctual, professional and informative. He was able to get all of the spots clean and was extremely tidy and careful with my furniture.

I got an estimate over the phone and they stuck with the estimate, no "surprises." They did quality work and arrived when they said they would. The guy moved my furniture and put the heavy stuff up on Styrofoam blocks. He did such a great job that I recommended the company to a friend who is VERY picky, She hired them after talking on the phone and she was pleased with the result as well.

AWESOME job ... Tipton called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived we walked the carpet and I showed him the stains and he took it from there. This is the 2nd time I have had Marton's clean my carpets and it will only be them that do it. Michael ... you can NEVER go out of business or get rid of Tipton ..... Tipton is the BEST!!!!!!!!

We have used Marton's Carpet Care before. They are a great company that really appreciated their customers. I called to schedule about a week in advance, and was unable to get the day I wanted, so we scheduled for the day before. Marton's is a family owned business, not a large operation, so they can only come when they are available. The technician came right on time, and walked with me through the house to understand exactly what we wanted done. He began working right away, and took care to do a good job. We had moved most of the small furniture ourselves, and he helped me move the big furniture to clean under them. Seven rooms, a hallway, and a walk-in closet took just over two hours, and we were very pleased with the job.

Contacted Michael Marton to provide estimate for stretching and cleaning of carpet. Gave a provisional estimate over the phone which was accurate. Arranged service to occur five days after initial contact. Service person was on time and did a fantastic job. Completely satisfied with method and results.

I've done business with Marton's Carpet Care for several years now and they always deliver great service and excellent quality! They are on time or they call if they think they might be a few minutes late. I've always found them to be friendly, helpful, and very good at what they do.

Scheduled appt at my convenience and Tipton called 10 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way. I showed him the areas I wanted cleaned and I felt comfortable to go about my business. When he was finished he left everything neat and carpets looking and smelling great. Price was actually less expensive than I thought it would be. He also gave me the 5% Angie's List discount without a coupon since I had mentioned I was using their service after reading the reviews when I made the appt. Tipton did not try to add any other services; like all the other carpet cleaners have done in the past and also overcharge. It was a welcome and surprising change from my past carpet cleaning companies! Will definately use Marton's again.

Michael was able to schedule the carpet cleaning at my house within one week. Tipton arrived at the beginning of the scheduled time slot. He was very personable and even offered to help move a few additional items from the carpet. He was very efficient, thorough, and really appeared to enjoy his job. Tipton made the cleaning experience at my house very accommodating and easy as I continued to work in my office. No question I will continue to use the services of this great company.

Overall it was great. Tipton called to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he came in to look at the areas I needed cleaned, asked about the trouble spots then got everything set up. My son and I helped him move the furniture so he was able to go wall to wall. Every spot came up and the carpet looks like new .......................... I will call upon Marton's Carpet Care again.

Very well done, overall. Had one stubborn stain in the office that could not be removed, but it sat there for over 3 years so I'm not complaining. Excellent service--will use again.

Mike was very flexible in setting up our appointment, and my need to reschedule when our remodeling took a bit longer than intended. He was on time, and professional. The work was completed as requested, and he was able to remove some stains that we were afraid weren't going to come out. His price for the entire job was only a bit more than Dalworth wanted just for the carpet. For a bit more I got all my floors done, carpet and tile - an entire 1700 square foot home.

Michael showed up when he said he would, was very thorough and did a great job, no surprises. We will definitely use him again in the future.

Michael did a great job. For years we have used another high end carpet cleaner, but our bill varied greatly depending on the special. Michael's pricing is simple, as explained on his site. His service is top notch, and very comfortable having him and his assistant take care of our carpets. His prices beat the big boys, as did his level of service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

He was very punctual, arrived right on time. He was very thorough and the price he quoted was what he charged me. No up charges at all. He also gave me a few tips on keepng my carpet looking good in between shampoos. I wll defintely recommend him to my friends.

He did a nice job, but a smell still remained a few days later. I had made the mistake of actually pulling up the carpet when it got wet so I could use fans to dry it out. He told me I should have left it wet and called him immediately so he could flood the carpet with enzymes while it was still wet -- wish I would have known that earlier! It made sense that it would be easier to get the enzymes into the carpet when it was still wet. He did come back about a week later and flood it again. Now I know if I ever get water in the carpet again to call him right then to have him come out ASAP to get those enzymes into it to kill and bacteria and odor. Because I pulled the carpet up, I had to have someone come out and restretch it and put it back down -- I used a man that Mr. Marton suggested and he did a nice job for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

They were professional, efficient, and great to deal with. I will definitely use them again.
