Description of Work: Cleaned upstairs carpeting, hallway, and stairs. First point, had a conflict in the time of the appointment and was told they were not sure they could accomodate the change because it messed up the schedule I needed them to come an hour later or reschedule because of a doctor's appointment). He told me his wand would not fit behind thebed to clean where the dog sleeps before I even showed him the area. Wouldn't even attempt to clean it. Told me there was one stain he couldn't get out after he was finished and had put away the equipment and didn't even show me the location. Not impressed. Too many other better services out there.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal!" for 5 rooms of carpet cleaning for $125. It was very easy to make an appointment; and they called a day ahead to confirm when they would be here. They then called the day of the appointment to let us know they were on the way. Robert arrived exactly on time, inspected the areas to be cleaned, and then got to work. He was quick and efficient. When he left, our carpet looked great.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. Michael explained to me that he is normally a "one man show," but his dad, who was also in the cleaning business, was visiting from out of town and volunteered to help. They cleaned an office, four bedrooms, dining room, media room and living room. They charged a little extra for the urine extraction and stair cleaning. Michael carefully explained everything before he started and thoroughly answered our questions. I was pleased about an enzyme system that he uses that goes down to the concrete under the pad and completely eliminates the urine. We will use Michael again. He is very personable and professional. He also does tile and grout cleaning and air duct cleaning, too. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Michael and his dad came in and cleaned all the carpets in our 3500 sq home, including the stairs. Because we own four dogs, they did a urine test as well.

+ -1 moreMichael was great!! I called him the week previously and he was able to get me right in. He came during the time frame he gave me. He was professional and efficient, making my carpets looks like they're brand new again.
Description of Work: Michael cleaned the carpet in my master bedroom, closet, living room, and stairs. He moved the furniture in the high traffic areas to get all of the 'wear and tear' areas.

+ -1 moreThe service was great! Michael listened to my areas of concern and addressed them. He explained their process and gave me the low-down on stains saying that they might resurface. The stains did become visible again within 24 hours. I called Michael and he came right back out to treat the stains again - even leaving a bottle of special cleaner with my husband. We'll definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: Cleaned a bonus room, stairs, and a wool area rug. We had several pet stains that need special attention.

The carpets smell very fresh and look great. Michael arrived right on schedule and was very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

+ -1 moreCalled & spoke with the owner/operator, Michael Marton. He was able to give me a quote over the phone...very simple, NO questions, such as, what are the room measurements. We were able to schedule a time promptly. Upon arrival, I showed him the rooms, then he got immediately to work. He was able to remove stains that I thought would never come out of the carpet. Even though our house is large, Michael took care in each & every room to remove the stains & make our 10 year old carpet look almost as good as new!!

Mr. Marton came to our condo, repaired, stretched and spot cleaned a few areas and cleaned the carpeted area of our small condo in about one hour. He was very friendly and helpful and told us we could call him if we had any stains later that we needed help cleaning.
Description of Work: Mr. Marton came to our condominium and cleaned a 660 square foot condo for less than $100.
