Jess Sprinkler Installation & Repair

They came out late April 2022 and repaired over $200 worth of sprinkler heads. I noticed a lot of brown areas on my grass in July. I asked them to come out to check their work in July and they came out early August and found a lot of the same sprinkler heads broken and charged me another $200+. Something isn't right.

They did a fabulous job on putting yard sprinklers in. They went ahead and got the back flow certification. I know that's part of the process but I didn't have to ask them to do it so I thought that was really good. They were really prompt and on time. They cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they had been here other than they had to dig up the yard. It was done in the way that it wasn't unpleasant to look at the yard. They were in and out in one day. They provided training.

HE arrived on time. After showing him where the water was pooling on the ground due to a leak, I then showed him where the sprinkler controls were in the garage so he could evaluate each station. He fixed the leak first and then made adjustments to the system. When finished, he explained to me exactly where the leak had been, what caused it, and how he repaired it. Then he explained the adjustments he made in the stations. He also advised me how long to run each station and the number of times a week.

Jess (the owner) provided a timely proposal, and although not the low bidder, convinced me that his quality of work would not disappoint. His installation started and completed on schedule. His crew of four worked together as an experienced team and I was impressed with their work. On completion, the system checked out flawlessly and passed final inspection with ease. Jess provided a thorough explantion of how the system worked and the various features of the control box.

Reworked backyard irrigation systems after pool install. Pools install left front sprinklers not working as well. Redesigned, installed, and repaired another zone I did not know was broken, all within his quote. Also brought system up to current code, pulled applicable permits, and did all the right way for 25% less than the star in this category for Fort Worth whose quote did not bring up to code. Also very accommodating when we flip flopped on our plans twice. Work done on plan, on time and in only two days. You should definitely get a quote.

They came out and they found them and got the system going again. My experience with this company was very good. They were late, but they called me and kept me informed. They ran into some unexpected difficulties. They were able to solve the problem fast.

Installation took three days. About a week later we noticed water pooling aboveground on our sewer line, which proved to have been badly cut during the irrigation trenching. Jess responded immediately to my phone call, and had the line repaired the same day, with apologies.

Went well. Jess and a worker showed up early and got the work done in just a few hours. Jess showed me how to operate the control panel and let me know that any time I needed help with it I just need to give him a call. One of the shrub sprinkler heads needed to be relocated and Jess had someone come out and do that (and adjust one head that was overspraying into the driveway too much). Overall I was pretty pleased. I feel that anytime I have a question or issue, Jess will take care of it.

PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, AND REASONABLY PRICED. EXPLAINED OTHER OPTIONS THAT COULD IMPROVE SYSTEM, BUT NO PRESSURE TO DO THE ADDITIONAL WORK. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN IN FUTURE. NOTE THAT HE ALSO GUARANTEES HIS WORK.
