They came out promptly, checked all the lights and replaced the bulbs as needed. Illuminart has installed and done maintenance on our landscape lights for almost 10 years.

John with Illuminart was a pleasure to deal with. He was prompt with his estimate. He was very competitive. He made several suggestions to keep the price of the project LOW. Most importantly - Illuminart - lived up to their name. The placement of lights gives the house a great street view. And more importantly - the downlights in the trees gives a great picture on the lawn. Absolutely worth every penny spent! Highly recommend and will use Illuminart in the future.

Although Angie's List auto-suggested Illuminart as a choice for me, I did not pick nor initially communicate with them. They called me, however, after seeing that I was looking for a landscaper. I had already scheduled others but agreed to have them come out anyway. We scheduled for Friday at 8 am. By 8:20 Cole was still not at my house nor had I received any phone call or Angie's List message of being late and/or needing to reschedule. I then called him and left a message that I thought we had an appt but that now I would leave for work instead. I still received no phone call of apology or reschedule request. Cole was very professional on the initial phone call, it is a shame that the follow-through was not, especially since he contacted me.

It looks better than I could have imagined. John Lennox did a great job communicating when the work would start and finish.

I was extremely pleased with the finished job. I love my lights!!! Illuminart came out and I explained to them what I wanted. They made suggestions and placed temporary lights so I could see what the finished job would be. I was able to make changes before the final installation. John and his crew were wonderful to work with. Always responded very quickly when I called and they definitely want you to be pleased with the finished job. Awesome customer service!!

It turned out awesome. We get compliments about our lighting all the time. We love it!!
