Mark was very professional and very thorough. I have recommended him to my neighbors and have heard no complaints from them about his service. This is a neighborhood of all new homes and he has been working in the area a lot.

I knew Mark for about a year, and when my mother in law moved to DFW I gave her his name to have her home inspected despite the fact it was new construction. Mark was very thorough and made a list of items that needed to be fixed, replaced or corrected. Did a great job of explaining everything and even did a follow up visit at no charge once the corrections had been made. If you are buying a home, new or used, call Mark!

Mark inspected the 10 year old home we're purchasing and returned for the final walk-through to inspect repaired items. He was extremely thorough and had a great knowledge of the many different working parts of the home. Very puctual and did exactly what he was contracted to do plus giving extra advice for upkeep in the future. He gives honest, practical opinions and doesn't get in a hurry. Mark is truly the most professional and thorough individual I have had the pleasure of working with. He spent hours at our new home, taking his time to thoroughly inspect each inch of the house. Then he sat down with us and went over his findings and any questions that we had. His written report was completed within 24 hours and was stunning in its presentation and completeness. It had digital photos, descriptions and recommendations. Futhermore, Mark made it clear that he was always available to us down the road should we have any questions in the future. Another important factor was that Mark remained professional throughout the experience. He did not speak to my Realtor, the listing Realtor of the home owner (who showed up unexpectedly during the inspection). He was appropriate at all times an loyal to the fact that I was his customer, not the other people who were trying to gain information from him.

Mark checked everywhere from in the attic to outside where the water main came into the house by the sidewalk. He was extremely professional and detailed. His report was sent to us online within 24 hours. We asked him for referrals on things we wanted done throughout the house - and he was sure to give us 2 in each field so we would have options.
