I called him on Monday and left a message. I did not receive a callback so I called again the next day. He did call back this time and explained that he was booked two weeks out. I said that was fine but asked if we could meet sometime this week to get it set up as I was off work. He said that he would call me later in the week to set up the appointment for the estimate. I did not hear from him again.

I called Chip and he came out right away and gave me an estimate. He came out the next week and did the work. He did a great job. My shrubs look better than they have in a long time. I will certainly use him again. I cannot imagine why another reviewer would have given him an F, and hope that will not influence anyone else. ,

After all of what he said, we called someone else on Angie's list. A older gentleman came out, and mowed whole thing in under 40 min at a charge of $50 and did a great job. Over-all, he simply seemed snobby and didn't want to deal with a yard for anyone that doesn't have a much larger disposable income, so I won't even waste my time in calling him before, because was the biggest waste of time, ever.

I called Chip and he made an appoint time rught away. he promptly arrived as we agreed and walked through the yard and listened and made many good suggestions. He gave me an proposal then we agreed on a date/time. His team arrived on time and worked hard until the job was done perfectly. They did a great job!! Chip came by after the work was complete to walk through the yard to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Chip!!!

Chip was the best. Responded very quickly to my initial call and stayed in touch with me via text message and phone when there were various changes to our original requirements. He and his crew did an excellent job. I plan to use him for additional yard work.

Called Chip and he answered. We asked him to come give us a quote to cut back very tall bushes along the front of our house, trimming back bushes along the side and cleaning up our back yard. We also asked him to give us any advice. He arrived on time and told us he could cut the front bushes back but there was no guarantee they'd recover because it was such a drastic cutback. We walked him around and showed him what we wanted done. He volunteered some ideas that didn't add much cost but would look much prettier. He gave us a quote we liked, a start time only a couple of days off, and said we'd pay him when he was done - so we agreed on the job. Chip and his crew really beautified the front of our house. The only hiccup we had was very small and I think it is to Chip's favor to describe it. Part of the backyard work didn't get done at first. The front had apparently been pretty time consuming what with digging up those old roots and he just forgot to clean along the back fence. When we reminded him of the back fence work, he immediately agreed that the fence was part of the work. He brought his crew back the next day and finished. His willingness and great attitude about something that could have been a problem really impressed us. The estimate and the actual cost matched. We found working with Chip to be a delightful experience. He's a nice man with a good sense of humor who kept his word.

Chip came out the day I called for service and spent 3 hours in my yard. I have rarely seen such a hard worker. He was professional, punctual and good humored. I intend to use his services again.

I like him; he does what he says he will do and is very personable. I have a lot of bushes and he shows up when he is supposed to.

I found a couple of companies on Angie's list (one of them being Chip's); requested a quote from one company that never showed up as scheduled - so I was actually trying to reach that company and dialed Chip's number by accident. He was able to come within a couple of hours, give an approximate quote to me; we scheduled the work and they showed up on time - and worked until completion. Very pleased with this company right now and will continue to use them.

He always keeps in contact & shows up as promised. They do a great job while being careful to leave gates as they found them.

Arrive as scheduled. Did the work in a short period of time. Friendly employees. Very willing to make the customer happy.

They are an excellent company and I continue to use them. I will use them again in the future.

We were really satisfied with the service; he did a good job. The price was reasonable.

Found Chip's name on Angie's List, called and left a voicemail. Chip called me back within the hour and arrived at my house shortly afterwards. I had called 3 other services prior to calling Chip and still had not received a call back from any of them, even after two days. Chip surveyed the front and back lawns with me. Informed me up front that the first cut was going to be more expensive than the normal service as the lawn was over grown (Which it was, as I had not touched it in 5 weeks). Chip quoted me a fair price, for the first cut and for the lawn service for the rest of the summer. No hard sell, or up selling. Chip and his crew set to work immediately and did an excellent job getting my lawn under control. Overall the experience was excellent, I would highly recommend Chip and his crew to anyone.

I liked their punctuality and the cost was reasonable. We will be using them in the future.

True to his word !!! Does excellent on the shrubs ! And edges and cleans up exceptionally !!
