Technician showed up when expected and thoroughly cleaned the line that was causing water to pool in the bottom of the freezer and freeze. I don't think we will have that problem again anytime soon! Very much recommended.

The technician was here in just a couple of hours after we called. Our dryer was have trouble with tumbling, the light had gone out some time ago, and the door switch had broken that stopped the dryer when opening the door. We were working around all that until the whole thing just refused to work. The technician replaced the belt and switch. She had our dryer working like new again in about an hour!!!

Took three days to get a repairman to come to my home. But everything went well and the dryer is back in action.

They fixed my washing machine in about an hour. I use them, my daughter uses them and I recommend them everywhere. It was under $100. They came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was on their way in an hour. They're perfect, I like them and I will always use them. They're my first go to person.

Ashley came out twice, once to fix the dishwasher, and once to fix the refrigerator. She was on time, very professional and knowledgable, worked quickly, and I felt her to be trustworthy. The price paid was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, the lady repair person was friendly and professional. She asked pertainant questions while inspecting my washer. She determined the problem was a broken spring which she fixed immediately. I only had to pay the very reasonable service charge, and she pointed out there was a 30 day warranty. So if my washer started leaking again, there would be no charge for the follow up visit. I was thrilled the washer worked without leaking. Thank you ASAP!

Dispatch person was responsive and helpful. Repair technician came at the agreed time. She quickly detected the problem with my oven and replaced the defective part. She communicated the steps she was taking. She also adjusted the rack in my dishwasher, which was difficult to reach. Overall, she was prompt, efficient, and personable. I used a coupon from their website.

It went wonderful! Professional, courteous, polite, cleaned up after herself! Very pleasant experience. I would definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them (and have recommended them!) to anyone. Gave me a 2 hour window on both days and was within the designated time frame. She replaced both parts and we plugged it in and it works again! Making ice and keeping stuff cold and frozen. So glad I decided to give them a call instead of buying a new refrigerator! I had used this company many years ago and glad I found them again.

He said he would get back to me in an hour to give me a cost for repair and a cost for a new comparable washer. It took a day longer to contact me because he was looking for good washers. The cost to fix was more than we paid for the washer. He could not find anything comparable with his contact but then he did something wonderful. He found a great sale a Lowes! He gave me the product code and the cost. How honest and helpful. I will call this repair man again.

Called as soon as I figured out my fridge was not cooling and they were able to send some on that afternoon. Ryan (the service guy) was very nice and professional and explained and showed me what the problem was. He didn't have the part I needed with him, but he came back the next day and fixed it! I've had them out numerous times, first for my washer, then dishwasher, oven and now my refrigerator. I'm always wary of service people because as a woman I feel like they try to take advantage and are generally dishonest. However, each time they have been out, ASAP has always been honest. They tell me when I'm better off just replacing the appliance vs fixing it. Their service calls and repair fees are fair. They don't charge you a separate service call fee if they are performing a repair. With my refrigerator, the water line came loose while it was pulled out for repair. I didn't notice the drip until a day later. The tech came back out and tightened it and added a new coupling piece for free. They stand behind their work, have always been on time and responsive via phone. I've had 3 different techs, and they have all been respectable and respectful as a service person in my home. I've used them 4 times, and all 4 times I have been satisfied with the result.

They came and told me it was the motor, they bought a new motor, but after they left the problem was the same and all of the food in my fridge was frozen. I need the problem fixed but I have no desire to contact them.

Excellent service from the first phone call to the completion of the job. First time to use ASAP for appliance repair and would use them again.

He informed my husband he would need to order the part and return to fix the fan. After waiting three weeks I began to call ASAP, each time the lady answering the phone assured me she would have someone return my call. My call was not returned until July 17th, only because I continued to call every 30 minutes to get a response from the repairman. The repairman informed me that he could not locate the part anywhere. I inputted the model number of the fan on Google and located a schematic and parts lists within 5 minutes. I text the web site to the repairman and after a week I still cannot get a response from him. I have called another company to repair the fan.

My dishwasher broke on 12/09/12. I called ASAP at 6pm, the gentleman I spoke to said he would have someone call me the next day with a service time. AT 830am the next morning, 12/10/12, someone did call and scheduled me for an appointment that day! They were 20 min EARLY, came in, figured out what was wrong. I needed to replace the control panel on my dishwasher. The ASAP rep left for a short time, came back with the part, replaced it and I was back in business in no time! In less than 12 hours my dishwasher was working again. I HIGHLY recommend ASAP and will definitely use them again! Their repair tech was on time, courtesy, explained the problem and explained the solution. She was very professional !

I took the microwave to their store near 820. It was $45 do evaluate the problem, which would be applied towards the total repair bill if I decided to have the microwave fixed. They let me know what the problem was pretty quickly. I paid another $70ish for the repair. The repairs were done same day. I picked it up, installed it back into the kitchen and it has been working properly ever since.

Went very well. I called at 8:00 AM for an appointment. They returned my call at 8:30 and told me the serviceman would be there between 9:00 and 11:00. He got there at 10:45 and was finished and on his way to his next call within 30 minutes. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and the alternatives if the solution didn't work. He also made the repair in such a way that he could restore it back to the way it was if I decided against the repair.

They were making noise when they were done working on them. I called them back and they came out and fixed that right away. They showed up on time to do the work.

I told them the kind of oven I had over the phone and they were able to order the part and bring it with them when they came out to replace it. They were very friendly and I would recommend them to others.

THEY CAME EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID----THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM---HE WORKED QUICKLY AND CLEAN. WE ASKED ABOUT ANOTHER PART AND HE SAID HE WOULD CHECK INTO IT AND DID....DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US ON OTHER STUFF.

THIS COMPANY AT THE OUTSET WAS ALL I COULD HAVE WANTED. THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO MY CALL AND HAD A MAN OUT IN JUST A COUPLE OF HOURS. IT WAS WHEN I PRESENTED A COUPON FROM THE BACK OF THE PHONE BOOK THAT EVERYTHING WENT AWRY. THE MAN CHANGED THE WAY THE PRICING WAS DETERMINED AND ADDED THE SERVICE CALL BACK INTO THE PRICE BEFORE DEDUCTING THE PERCENTAGE FOR THE COUPON. CALLS TO THE OFFICE WERE TO NO AVAIL. I WAS VERY DIS-SATISFIED WITH THE BAIT AND SWITCH ROUTINE PLAYED BY THIS COMPANY. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. AFTER A WHILE THE REFRIGERATOR STARTED MAKING PUDDLES OF WATER ON THE FLOOR. I HAD TO TAKE THE INSIDE PANEL OFF OF THE FREEZER AND RE-INSTALL IT DUE TO THE SHODDY WORK OF THE TECHNICIAN. I USED THIS COMPANY FOR CONVENIENCE, BUT ENDED HAVING TO DO MOST OF THE WORK MYSELF AFTERWARD. I CAN'T WAIT TILL I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO WARRANTY THIS SHODDY WORK.
