Mr. White promised a quick turnaround on my home appraisal (5 days). It is now 8 business days later and there is no sign of him. I have contacted him 4 times and he has not returned any of my calls. This has left me with the impression that he has my money just before Christmas. In my opinion, his nonresponsive is unacceptable. This is my first time using Home Advisor and it will be my last.

A.T. White called me almost immediately on that Sunday afternoon after I'd the request on Home Advisor. Since I live on the MS Gulf Coast and my house is in Dallas, he had contact and coordinate with my brother. He called and made an appointment for the following Friday. He called me after he completed his walk-through and told me he'd send the report in 5-8 business days. The report I received was extremely comprehensive and the pictures he took were amazing. His price is very reasonable for the service he performs. Highly recommend his services.
