Was on-time for our appointment, did a quick and complete job and was friendly and courteous.

He was slow to return appraisal, did not deliver at time he said he would. There were some initial communication issues,,, like he thought he could send via email and I could print off. PROBLEM... I don't have a printer! He did make it right by going to have copies made. I offered to pay for that but he declined stating since he was late there would be no charge. Kudos to him for that! Also, I still believe the house is not worth what he or the Tax Office says it is. That's just my opinion though, and I was a home builder for years. Overall, Mr.White is a nice fellow. He is professional in his duties.

The old adage, "Good, Fast, or Cheap", pick two, definitely applies. I was looking for a quick appraisal and a reasonable cost. I definitely got that. The appraisal took about twice as long as he quoted (5 days) and I got it in about 10 days. The appraisal was basically a cut and paste from another appraisal and he didn't even capture the correct city that I live in. I would not recommend these services to a friend.

A. T. was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time, took pictures and measured the property, and evaluated the property in about an hour. He then did comparable values for my home and the homes in close proximity to my house. His evaluation was fair and honest based on the size and condition of my home. As a result of his evaluation, my home property tax meeting only lasted about 10 minutes and the board accepted his evaluation without question. The board was very pleased that I was so prepared. It was all because of A. T. White.
