Called me within seconds of submitting request. Came out that day and finished in a timely manner. What more could you ask for?

The agent was not avalible to take calls. And didnt communicate. I reached out several times to get copy of appraisal. It has been over 10 days no response. Not professional when it comes to taking care of customer.

Upon finishing the job, he gave me a time frame when the appraisal would be sent and he kept his work to the time period. He was very professional and his world class customer service is unmatched. There is a saying in business, " You get what you pay for!" It is truly a comfort in knowing I expected the best and Mr. White exceed my expectations...... And the most dignified and humane thing he did for me was allowed me to pay him out in more than one payment. He is pretty high on my chart; being on a fixed income can sometimes be demanding when unexpected expenses arise.... Sept 3/2018. The appraiser showed up as promised, did his work, left saying he'd email me my appraisal in 4 days. I paid him $350. That was 10 days ago. I was relying on this appraisal to set the asking price for my home we were about to put on the market FSBO since there are no comps that would work. I have heard nothing from him and have had to go ahead with my for sale listing. VERY unhappy.

DON'T USE. One excuse after another why it's not completed. I had to get Home Advisor involved to get it completed.

He was extremely efficient in documenting all he needed to make an effective and well founded appraisal. I am extremely satisfied and I had a successful hearing for my property taxes due to this appraisal. I would use him again without question.

He did a perfectly fine appraisal, and I agree with his pricing, but he seemed very unprepared. He was a little late, locked his keys in the car, basically told us that nothing mattered regarding the appraisal price except his pictures and comparisons of other houses. He was late getting us the actual appraisal also. It's difficult to find appraisers if you're an individual and not a realtor, but I think he lacks some in experience and organization. Nice guy, though.
