Mr. White was on time, thorough and very professional. He understood exactly what we were trying to do and we received the finished product by e-mailed in less than 24 hours. I must say A.T. was very prompt and within a minute or so of submitting my online request he called me for the appointment on the same day, few hours later he arrived and started his work right on time, I even received my report the next day, I recommend A.T. highly for any property appraisal need. His report was thorough and it showed he is highly experienced for this job.

He is a very nice man and did a very good job, but the appraisal was several days late after the deadline and I had to contact him to find out when I would receive the report. I am happy with the work that he did, however. I would recommend him to others but would tell them to wait to pay him until they receive the report.
