A.T. White was on time as planned at the property and did a very good job. Was very flexible with his appointment date and time. Got the appraisal back on time within 3-5 business days.

Not only did I get the $18,000 increase removed they took it $5,000 below what the current value was stated. I'm glad I called Appraisal Solutions and would definitely call again when needed.
