A.T White took my check on Oct 16th, it cleared the bank on the 19th and said it would take 5 business days..today is 16 business days and still no report. He ignores my phone calls and emails.

I haven't heard from A.T. White since he cashed my check for $325.00 on 9-14-2015.

I pay to have a subscription with Angie's list but all the appraisers where located in Dallas and I'm located on the far side of Fort Worth, wanting an accurate appraisal from someone closer. Have been overall disappointed with Angie's list. Process was very easy. I was on cell and it connected me immediately. Have had many appraisals before on properties but John was very nice, explained the process and even told me about a discount thru home advisor I was not aware of. The appraisal came in 4 business days and was thurough and I believe very accurate, better than expected. Highly recommend.

He explained the appraisal and recommendations and answered questions I asked. He completed the evaluation I needed over the 4th of July holiday as I was under a time constraint.

I have probably been riped off as A. T. White has not e-mailed us appraisal done on 5-27-2015. It was suppose to take 4-5 days. How he won't return my phone calls. He has already cashed our check.

The business owner was extremely helpful Sending me the report several times over Because of my computer ineptness. Going above and beyond what was expected of him.

Would recommend . . . but only with reservations. I would rather a company under-promise and over-deliver, especially when I advised him at the start that this was needed ASAP. I found the delay less troublesome than the fact I had to keep following up for status. It might have helped if he had given me some rationale for the delay, but he did not. Here's the timeline so the reader can make an informed decision about my rating: 8/26 PM Input request to HomeAdvisor for appraisal, and Mr. White called within minutes after I left the email 8/27 At my house to perform the appraisal review and make pictures, saying he would have the appraisal to me within 5-7 days 9/4 8:48 AM I emailed to follow up 9/8 5:38 AM He replied "some time tomorrow" 9/10 7:33 PM I followed up via email 9/12 8:54 AM He replied "should be finished today" 9/12 10:07 PM He emailed appraisal which was very thorough and professional Total Days: 16 (not 5 - 7)

Mr. White responded before I closed the HomeAdvisor site and set up an inspection immediately. I had hoped to receive the report a little earlier.

Mr. White was very professional. Since this was my first time having an appraisal he took the time to explain the procedure to me. He answered all my questions. I haven't gotten the appraisal back yet, but I know that, even if I don't like what it says, it will be honest .

Appraiser stated he would have the appraisal to me in "3-5 business days" after looking at the house on Monday 4/7 before noon. I told him we needed the appraisal to be able to list our house for sale so we would have a realistic value for the property. I also told him we would be signing the real estate contract on 4/11/14. As of 4/15/14 at 4:45pm we have not received our appraisal, nor have we had responses to the phone calls and emails requesting the results of the appraisal.
