 + 1 moreAngel came out and give us his estimate for everything we needed done. He told us how much paint he would need and we purchased the paint separately. Included in his price were any repairs that were needed to the gutters or chimney trim. Angel purchased the materials needed to repair the fence but contracted the work out. We reimbursed Angel for the materials after the job was done. Everything was done in one day and we were very satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: Painted the outside of our house and repaired our back fence and gate.

He quoted $20000 for the job. We contacted him for the quote based on the reviews and someone else was helping us to take names too. We liked really well and he was very nice & professional. He returned our calls.

 + 1 moreVery good service, very reasonably priced, and a great guy to work with. They always show up on time and ready to get started. They work fast and start many things at one time, it looks a little scary the 1st day or 2, but they wrap it all up nicely in the end. The finished product is not the highest quality out there, but you would pay 2 to 3 times more if you insist on perfection because it would require him to spend a lot more time on the job site. I am happy with all the work they did, and, I would definitely hire them again.

 + -1 moreOur home was originally built in the 1960s. We purchased the home and basically ripped it down to the studs. Angel and his crew came in and painted, got rid of the popcorn texture, fixed all the drywall, repaired closet doors, installed door and floor trim, repaired closet and cabinet doors and did a whole bunch of other little things. Angel is amazing. If you hire Angel, don't bother hiring a general contractor because Angel is better. He is very knowledgeable about all facets of home repairs. He is on time. His prices are reasonable. His time estimates are accurate. In the simplest terms, HE DELIVERS! My wife and I hope to bring him back when we renovate the bathrooms in our home.
Description of Work: Angel completed all the drywall repairs in our home, He and his crew literally painted our entire home, he repaired the closet and cabinets, installed trim around the doors, installed baseboards and put up a fence.

They showed up 30 minutes early and stayed a little later than scheduled, fixing the extra stuff I had found, and they only charged me the original estimate. I will definitely use him again.

I am retired, and on a fixed income. I wish I could have them in every other week, but my budget won't allow it, even though I feel they are very reasonable.
Description of Work: thoroughly cleaned kitchen and outside of appliances. Polished wood furniture and dusted everything else. Scrubbed tile floors and bathroom fixtures. Vacuumed carpeted areas.

 + 1 moreWe just purchased a home in FW that will be rented out for a year until we make the move there. We did not know contractors in the area, so Angies list it was! Angel's reviews were terrific. Once I spoke to Terry, she had him give me an estimate that I found to be far less than what our real estate agents contractor had given us. He was on the job the next week. The base of the railings on our upper porch was badly rotted and basically 4 posts had to be rebuilt. He sent finished photos showing what he had done on the project and my husband was impressed with the care he took to make sure that the wood was secure and was engineered to prevent further wood rot. He painted all the trim on the front of the house, and my daughter says it looks terrific. She has also engaged Angel to do some work on her home. All in all we were 100% pleased with his work. We will be using him again. Very professional, prompt and thorough.
Description of Work: Angel rebuilt the 'porch' railings on the second floor front of the house. Primed and painted the railings and the trim on the rest of the front of the house.

I live out of town and tend to have the company take a look at the house and recommend work needed before I visit, provide an estimate, then meet at the house to discuss. Angel is very detail-oriented and will show me additional things that I may want to consider having done. I then tend to come up with additional items and request a final estimate. I then schedule the work. I may seem to be simplifying the process, but I have been doing business with this company since I first put the house up for lease over five years ago. As usual, all work was done promptly with high quality. Their repair of walls, drywall work, and painting is fantastic and reasonably priced. Angel will go purchase all supplies and/or you can provide the materials. Obviously, the paint on walls and detail work is most noticeable when walking in the house. This is what tends to really appeal to prospective renters. My house always "shows well", thanks to the work this company performs. They can do it on the cheap or use high quality materials, depending on your request/budget.
Description of Work: I have an small, old home that I lease. Angel's Home Solutions has been my primary contractor for the past five years. This business is capable of doing most anything on a house. I always use this company to prepare the home for the next tenants and when needing a reliable contractor to perform work while tenant resides at the property. Angel's Home Solutions will typically do all work needed, so I typically do not have to use more than one contractor to install, repair or replace anything on the home. I was in between tenants for a month, and that's when I tend to have all major work done. I needed additional service after the tenant moved in and requested additional work on the home. After all was said and done, work performed this time: Repaired all cracks on interior walls and painted the interior; tore down, rebuilt, and stained backyard deck; replaced backyard fence panel, to include installing new posts; repaired interior/exterior wood panels, primed and painted exterior panels; demolished and removed damaged backyard shed from property; repaired exterior light with sensor so it comes on when detecting motion; replaced bottom pane of window and sealed up to prevent water damage; replaced approximately 10 sets of blinds; fabricated custom-fit window screens for existing, damaged and missing window screens; replaced locks on doors; replaced bathroom fan/vent with newer, higher volume fan; and did some minor concrete work on front porch. There are many other miscellaneous things that Angel will do if he notices something that needs it when doing large jobs, at no extra cost. I am sure I left out some of the additional, minor work that was done on the property. I tend to make a list to identify all work so there is no misunderstanding or "forgot to do this" type of thing. All work is guaranteed and the company will return if you wish to address the work done or request additional work.

 + 0 moreThe day after I called, Angel came to my home and looked at the project. He then e-mailed me an estimate.We worked out a couple of details and Angel started work right way. He and another worker spend two days. Always showed up on time and did exactly the work promised. Everyone was very courteous. They moved the furniuture and carefully sealed off the work area with plastic to reduce the dust. Excellent job. I have more work to be done and I plan to call Angel again.

 + 2 moreI was so impressed with how fast I got a response with an estimate.... also the fact that they cover everything so it woulndt be messy surprised me cause I had other people in the summer that worked in the kitchen and my floor ended up with stains all over because they didn't cover the areas. Angel and his crew knew what they were doing and they kept me update in everything they were gonna do step by step, I had 2 choices and picked them because they were affordable and fast in their estimate. They cleaned after themselves and I can see now they provide a professional service ( compared to the other guys that came last year to work on my kitchen i can see a hugeeeee difference) I will hired them again I already asked them for other estimates :)

It is impossible to see where they blended the new paint and texturing with the existing walls in the den. It was a complete pleasure to deal with Angel, his workman, and his wife Teresa. He made an appointment to complete the work, and at the appointed time he and his crew arrived with the materials and began work. The job was completed in one day, and turned out very well. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work, and Angel and his crew were very professional during their day here at out home. They were responsive to every request we made of them, and they cleaned the site thoroughly when they were finished. I would strongly recommend Angel for similar projects, and I intend to offer him additional projects that we have in mind. We also feel that he gave us a fair and reasonable price for the work he did for us.

I was immediately contacted and advised that an estimate could be performed that following Wednesday. After receiving a fair estimate, we scheduled work to begin on Monday, July 30. Angel and a crew member arrived promptly at 8:00 on that Monday. They got right to work and I was not disappointed. They did a fantastic job and completed the room in about 6 hours. The room looks great! I would highly recommend their services.

I noticed a couple of areas that will need to be touched up but they are in a darker hallway and I blame myself for not seeing them on our walk through with Angel. We plan to use them again when we paint the kitchen cabinets in the coming months.

 + -1 moreI met Angel to get an estimate for the work and he was right on time even a little early. He gave me a timeframe for when they could start the job which work with my schedule. They started on Tuesday and finished early on Thursday morning which is sooner than I expected. We met to go over the job he had completed and asked me to let him know if there were any spots they missed. There were a few but overall I was very impressed with the job they did. He did come back and touch up the few spots that were missed and I could not be happier with the job and professionalism of this company.
