Jessica, the owner of the company, came out to measure, gave me choices of screen colors, and told me what the price would be. I did not need to be home during the installation. After the window screen was installed, when I walked in that room, I was surprised that the room was so much cooler than usual, and it was not as dark as I had anticipated, since I had chosen a brownish-black screen color. Pleasant surprises! We are happy with the solar screen and the efficiency of the job.

The company responded in a timely manner to my initial request for a quote. I already knew what I wanted, I just wanted to know what the costs were and get it done before the hot Texas summer started. The salesman (owner) does not use a diagram to write up what he is going to do - he uses tick marks for the windows and then gives you a quote. So there is no way to know if what you have asked for has been captured. initially we were only going to do the windows that received direct sunlight only. However, if you do that then the front of your house will not look good as the windows and window colors will not match. So I said I wanted a "unified" look across the front of the house since that is what people would see. Somehow in the discussion we crossed wires. I take FULL responsibility for that. When I called him and told him that, I never one asked for anything free or for him to redo anything. I just wanted to get a quote for what was missing and complete the house. To me that means more money for the owner. In fact it was another $700.00 to complete the job. But instead of the owner being professional and just saying one simple sentence "Mr. Meier, we did get our wires crossed and I will be more than happy to come back out and quote you for the remaining screens", he wanted to win the argument that he was right and I was wrong. He basically made me (the customer) feel stupid. I personally didn't care - I just want screens on the front on my house that looked good. I just wanted a quote to complete the job. Now, if you are a professional company how you install solar screens on one set of windows (on the front of the homeowners home), take a step back and say "the owner will be happy with this" and not take 5 minutes to call the owner and say "I don't think you are going to like this, can we confirm this is what you want". He has a cell phone. He used it very well to explain how I (the customer) was wrong. So as the owner, he didn't want to win a new customer that would bring him future business - he just wanted to win the argument that I am stupid. ok - you won, but my house is on the corner of a busy street and as people see the new screens, they are going to ask who did them. I will make sure I tell them to use someone else. The product they sell is AWESOME. If you can get it from someone else - please do.

Their price and quality were very good. The customer service was excellent as well.
