Description of Work: One of the areas of sprinkers would not turn of even after unplugging the system. I called and Melissa scheduled an appointment and put Dave on the phone and he explained to me how to turn off the water from the valve. Mike called saying he was on the way and was on time. Mike explained the process after determining the valve was bad. He replaced it tested it and placed the dirt and grass back. Mike was very professional explaining everything he was doing and going to do and answered every question thoroughly. It was a pleasure to work with Mike and he even made a couple of suggestions for the rest of the front yard regarding the sprinklers and landscape.

Description of Work: ONE ZONE OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING. THEY TRIED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND WITH 3 DIFFERENT REPAIRMEN BEFORE THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED.
