On Thursday, December 22 we got in our spa. When we got out, our suits were ruined and our girls had to shower to get the water off of their skin as the water was quite irritating. On Friday, December 23 I called and reported the problem to Lindy. I did not receive a response so called again and spoke with another gentleman who asked me if I had heated the spa.... He told me I was supposed to call 24 hours in advance of heating the spa as it was in 'winter' mode. I was told that Keith was coming out to test the water and he would contact me. Keith left me a message telling me he would call me the next morning (Saturday, December 24). I never heard anything. I called and left several messages as we were intending to use the spa over the holidays and wanted to make sure the chemical balance was correct. After several more calls, I spoke with Lindy and David. I took a picture of our ruined bathing suits and sent it on Friday, December 30th. Lindy assured me the chemicals were indeed balanced and the spa would be safe for us to get in. At this point I am wondering what will be done to cover the cost of our ruined swimsuits. I would also like a clear explanation of why or how this happened. After living in this house for 9years and using our spa frequently, this has never happened before. Sincerely, This is the email I sent to A Quality pools on January 1st. We still have not received full credit for the cost of our ruined swimsuits....Or a definite reason as to why the chemicals were so unbalanced. Even after taking a picture of our swimsuits, which were bleached completely out... The owner, once we were able to reach him, was defensive and unapologetic. He questioned the amount we had requested to replace three women's swimsuits. After several years of service with A Quality, the lack of respect and lack of communication was enough for us to find a new pool service. The photo below shows swimsuits that were once black and white striped, purple, and solid black. And that is after one evening of being in the spa. Also, chemicals were so strong we all had to shower after getting out because our skin was quite irritated.

They always come when they say they are going to come, they do the work and it is done right. I have been very pleased with them. I was satisfied the last time they were here and did not feel like I had been overcharged. They have always been very good. The last filter I bought from them was more complicated than the one I had before. I asked them about it and they told me to bring it in the next time I was due to clean it. They said they would clean it and show me how to do it and there would not be any charge for it. That's pretty rare. When he came out to work on that I had a new pool sweep I had ordered from Amazon sitting out there. When he left he asked me if I wanted him to put that in for me. I told him sure and it took him about 15 minutes to install it. That is the kind of thing I have found with them. They are very fair and very good. They are the only ones I go to now and the only ones I call. There is another local pool company closer to me but I still go to this company because I know they are going to do the work right and will answer my questions. They don't have people working there for minimum wage. The pool people there really know their stuff.

Called and reseduled a coupled of times but that is understandable this time of year. Keith and Eddie arrived got right to work and did a great job. No complaints.

I've been using them for 5 or 6 months. They have been doing a good job and they are affordable. Everything is being maintained really well. I looked at a lot of places that were more expensive. They are pretty responsive. They come when we are not there. They have been doing good so far.
