Description of Work: These people are absolutely horrible! The packers came in and create horrible chaos. They laughed out loud at my non-christian religious items They put their hands all over the canvases of our paintings and on one particularly large painting they piled up all of their boxes against it and then had the nerve to get annoyed with us when we asked them not to lean their packing materials against our expensive piece of art. When we got to our destination we found that the boxes were labeled only with the last thing put in them ie: Christmas decorations had one decoration and the rest were kitchen appliances. They used our baseball cards as packing material.We found tissue paper for gifts wrapped in packing paper but a military officer commisioning certificate was jammed into a box with no protection resulting in it being ruined. The packers made it clear they were not movers, they expected my injured husband to do all of the heavy lifting and reaching for them. When it came to file the claims we got the run around from three different people. No one wanted to help us and they made it so difficult that it wasn't even worth filing anymore.
