TRAHAN'S ROOFING & REMODELING

I did not hear from Mr. Trahan for a month. I called on 3/13/14 and he said that they could not get hold of the tenant to schedule a time for the work. I called the tenant phone number I had given to Mr. Trahan and got the tenant on the first attempt. The tenant agreed that the work could be performed at any time. I relayed this information to Mr. Trahan. Time passed and there was no update from Mr. Trahan. Each time I called, Mr. Trahan advised that the work had not started due to rain. The 4/1/14 deadline came and passed. Eventually, Mr. Trahan quit returning my phone calls or emails. My last attempt to contact him by email was mid October. My last attempt to contact him by phone was 10/24/14. He has not returned my emails or phone calls and the work has not begun. The insurance provider agreed to renew in April but has advised that the policy will not be renewed next April if the work is not complete by the end of 2014. Mr. Trahan failed to comply with his commitments and, as a result, I am in danger of losing my Landlord policy coverage.

Mr. Trahan was courteous, professional and prompt.

They have always been very quick and efficient at performing the work, have always left the job site very clean, and always resolves any issues to my satisfaction, all at a competitive price.
