GUY'S A/C

Guy's ACis great. I would highly recommend.

I have been having service with them for probably for the last three years.

The tech came out and checked our furnace first. All was well. Then he checked our AC and it was obviously leaking. He welded it and replaced the freon. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and gave me some tips to keep the system running better. Thank you!

repairman called and asked if we wanted our fall checkup and showed up when he said he would, did the inspection, was very polite and professional. I have used Guy's for over 15 years and always found them to be top notch. They just called again and we have our spring system checkup set for this coming week.

They took out all duct work for a/c and heating, they removed old heating unit and a/c until and replace it all with new. They did it all in one day. I was given an extimate before the work was done. They hauled all the old stuff off and cleaned up their mess. The job looked very professional. I was really impressed.

We woke up early Friday morning to a a loud thumping in the attic. It sounded like the blower unit was turning on and off. Called Guy's at about 9am and they were here about 11am. Turned out it wasn't our a/c system, but an electric attic fan in the roof. Donny and his helper were very efficient and informative. While they were here, they went ahead and checked out our system and the charge was only $54. It feels great to find someone who is willing to offer a service and not just find someway to charge you more than is needed. The attic fan is usually installed by roofers and Guys does not service them. Donny explained to me what needed to be done and I passed onto my husband and job is done. Fantastic!

Everything was good about them. I would use them again in the future.

They have some quality people working for them - great work - neat and complete.

All the stuff was here, all he had to do was hook it up. The man that they sent was Steven Crenshaw who was so, so, so good. He didn't leave any dirt. He covered up the shoes. I got what I expect for the money. I highly recommend him. He came all the way up here and did that for us in Tennessee. He was very careful to keep my new house clean. He did not allow any of the dirt and gravel outside come in my house. My husband said he did everything that it took to make the job happen. He did it very clean, I was impressed. The price was reasonable we thought because others were twice that much. I would use them again in the future.
