This business owner actually called ahead of time to ensure the agreed-upon time was still good for me and my family. They arrived a little early to start setting up and to brief me on what the job performance would be and what to expect and asked if I/we had any questions or concerns. He quoted a fair price and was upfront with how the job was to be performed. We were really impressed and asked if he had any other appointments because we wanted to add additional cleaning while he was here. We have the driveway, sidewalks, rear patio and exterior brick cleaned to be ready for Christmas visitors. Next weekend we are having him back to properly clean our roof as well. Very pleased with the companyâ s quality,care and professionalism.
