Jerry was great. Arrived early (called ahead to let me know he was coming), took about an hour to remove old valve and install new one and check for leaks (there were none). Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely use in the future and would recommend.

This is the third time we used Jerry Allgood. He is always on time, helpful, efficient and does high quality work at a reasonable cost. From my experience so far I can honestly say that I will use him for any plumbing needs that may come up. He is careful about his work and cleans up completely afterward so there is really nothing I need to do when he leaves except enjoy a job well done.

Mr. Allgood was very easy to communicate with (returned phone calls and emails promptly and was friendly and professional). I needed to reschedule the first appointment we made and that was not an issue. He arrived on time and performed his work very efficiently. He needed to leave to get parts but returned in a very short time to complete the work. I was very impressed with Mr. Allgood and his work. I have no negative comments or any improvement suggestions to make. I will definitely call him for any plumbing work that I might need done in the future.

Mr. Allgood was awesome. Very professional and was very honest in what he could provide for us. Since the problem was not resolved, he did not charge us a fee or service call. They were on time, fantastic communication, and replaced the section of sewer pipe with very little disruption to our backyard. This was for a rental property that we had just purchased, and we were able to keep it on the market, with no disruptions.

To change the shower/tub values he had to cut into the wall and make an access to the pipes. My house did not have one. Jerry came to my house gave me a fast estimate for all of the above work and the got after it. He was at my house for around 5 hours. The gentleman was very professional and help saved my tons of headache and money. I would recommend his services all day & every day!!! Thank you so much!

Jerry was fantastic! My husband was trying to replace the shower fixtures in our master bathroom and came across a leak (this occurred at midnight - of course). We managed to stop the leak for the night, and I got on Angie's List first thing the next morning. Jerry came up and has excellent reviews. I called - and he actually answered! I explained our problem, and he reworked his schedule was at our home within an hour of the call, took a look at the issue - reviewed the fix with husband. My husband agreed to the price and Jerry left to get supplies, was back in about 20 minutes and had our shower fixture installed with a new valve in less than an hour. Allgood Plumbing is All Good!

He was the only plumber that I called that day and was able to come that same day and was also willing to address my concern with the issue we had with the filtration system in the house. He was the only one that came up with a solution.

Jerry called me back promptly after I left a voicemail. He offered to come out immediately, since he was in-between appointments. When he took the shower handle assembly apart, he saw that it was a leaking valve and offered to go get the replacement part right away. He returned, fixed it, cleaned up thoroughly after his work, and was professional and polite. He will be the first one we will call with any plumbing issues.

Missed first appointment. Rescheduled for the next day. Assessed the house then never called back .

Mr. Jerry Allgood, who is the owner of Allgood Plumbing provided the repair and replacement service. He arrived on schedule and performed work in a professional and timely manner. I was completely satisfied with the results.

Very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. We called Jerry one night and he came to the house the next evening to give an estimate of the work. He worked with our schedules and came the following week to install the heaters. He was very careful when removing the old heaters through the house so as not to damage any walls, floors, etc. His pricing was significantly better than some of his competition and he did not use any high pressure sales tactics which was appreciated. Jerry does honest and reliable work and we are happy to recommend him to others and will definitely use him again in the future ourselves!

Called Allgood on Tuesday and spoke to Jerry, the owner. He said he could be out there that late afternoon to give a free estimate. Saw the valve and parts and what needed to be done. Said he could do it the next day in the afternoon. He arrived the next day, a little late, but no big deal, did the work clceaned up after himself very well. Turned the water back on and no leaks. Everything was installed cleanly and professional. No short cuts. Top quality work. Thanks Jerry.
