Description of Work: Jack was awesome! Very professional, took the time to explain things to us, show us what we were looking at and educate us on how to use the fireplace in our new home. He was very careful and made sure nothing made a mess or was tracked on the carpet. Arrived on time, friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend.

Description of Work: The serviceman used a serious vacuum to sucked all the muck out of the fireplace chimney (with no mess on the floor). A clean chimney is a safe chimney. He also inspected the outside. I was happy to have this service provided.

Description of Work: Angie's List can be pretty overwhelming. Especially since some businesses with raving reviews, only to find out the job you have is too small and these business have bigger fish to fry and just leave me hanging and greatly inconvenienced. I almost gave up on this site until I saw a promotion by Wolfman Chimney, and decided to give them a try. I must say I am completely satisfied!! Jack, I believe he's the owner was very accommodating. He gave me a window, and showed up within the time frame. He was VERY responsive via Angie's messaging, personal email, and cell phone! | |Our issue which has been going on for years, we have pests/rats that come in from who knows where. We catch some but apparently not all. Jack did an assessment and identified 5 point of entries!! He was very thorough with his analysis and the solution. The price was also reasonable! His work was prompt and professional. | |I've dealt with many contractors because I have a few rental properties. Description of Work: Jack performed an outside inspection of my home for critter entry points. I already knew I had one hole that needed to be taken care of, but he did look for other entry points. The Angie's List "special" was misleading as I was expecting the full service "Rodent Exclusion Package" for the $79.00 that was advertised. Instead, as Jack explained, the $79.00 is credited toward any service that is performed. I did contract with Jack to fix the hole, but the cost seemed excessive. Still, he was very professional and did not pressure me into a sale, I just felt that since I had already spent $79, I might as well go ahead and get the problem fixed.

Description of Work: He recommended removing the screen attached to the vent on the roof as it would trap all the lint and clog the vent. I agreed with him so that was the first thing he did. Afterwards, he moved the dryer from the wall and cleaned out the connection to the dryer. Everything is working great! Jack was on time, and had a smile on his face and a great attitude! |

Description of Work: We had not been able to use our gas fireplace for over three years due to birds nesting in the chimney. He cleaned out the chimney both inside and outside of the house and got enough grass to feed a small calf. He then cleaned and inspected it for safety. He did a tremendous job and was very professional and friendly. He left the inside and outside of the house in a very clean and satisfactory condition, even offered to take with him the huge barrel type trash bag packed full of grass. I would definitely use him again and recommend him wholeheartedly.
