Description of Work: Dryer Vent Cleaning. It went well until I dried a load of clothes after the technician left. Unfortunately, he did not secure the vent hose properly and the lent escaped and was on the floor behind the dryer. A friend came over and reattached the vent hose properly. It works fine, now.

Description of Work: They swept the chimney. He put a drop cloth in front of the fireplace and had a shop vac running. I thought there would be more protection to keep soot from entering the home. We had to mop the wood floors after, not sure what it would be like with carpet.

Description of Work: Replaced fireplace interior sidewall panels and replaced gas log set with a new set we had purchased. Jack was pleasant, courteous and prompt, friendly and easy to work with. Looked at our fireplace, educated us on what needed to be done and gave us options. He replaced the sidewalls on the interior of the fireplace and installed a new gas log set. He kept us in the loop during the process of ordering parts and making the repair. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself. Thanks to Jack we were able to enjoy our fireplace this winter. We plan to call him again when we are ready to have some work done on our chimney. We highly recommend Wolfman Chimney.
