Wolfman Chimney & Fireplace

Extremely well. Wolfman Chimney did an exceptional job. My fireplace looks beautiful and works great. I will hire them every year for an inspection and for any service needs I might encounter in the future. I highly recommend them.

We had Wolfman Chimney & Wildlife come out to clean out the chimney, install a damper, gas burning log set and get rid of some pets (possum and skunk). I am very pleased with all of their services and would highly recommend them!

It worked. I use them every year, and I like them. They are very good.

It worked out fine. The young man that came he checked out my fireplace and everything. I asked for some other stuff and it worked out well. He gave me some advice and it did not cost extra. It took a couple of weeks. He did a really good job, helped me out and turn it in to a gas fireplace. I can not complain about anything.

Excellent. Technician was thorough and refreshingly honest – checked our system out and delivered the straight skinny about the type of fireplace we have in our home. He explained that ours is a nontypical fireplace and of the type that their company does not service or have replacement parts for. However, he did check out what we had & showed us how to disable our system for the summer. Would recommend their service to those with a traditional gas fireplace.

They did a thorough job of emptying, cleaning, replacing and testing my gas fireplace logs, embers, burners. etc. It works and looks great. The only problem I had was they left black ember powder on the brick ledge of the fireplace as well as two spots on my carpet. I had to use rug cleaner to get it off the carpet. I am very happy with the quality of service itself and would recommend.

Everything went fine. One person came out and it took about 30 mins. The area was left very clean. They did the job well.

Cleaned and checked. Then rearranged logs and added embers and rocks....looks a lot better now!

Tech representative came to my home to give an assessment. After walking the property and reviewing my situation, he basically said I was on the right path with my course of action. He was honest and decided not to charge me.

They always do a great job. This is the second time I have hired them.

Technician was late to the appointment. When he arrived could not perform service. Rebid offer 400% higher. Asked to speak with supervisor and was told he would call but never did. The office person was very nice. Spoke with her the next day and she said someone would call to try to resolve but never did. Would not recommend.

In spite of a wet roof shortly after a rain, the technician climbed on the roof, and quickly took care of the problem. 12 years of stopped up dryer vent stuffing came out of our rent house vent! We were amazed and thrilled.

The crew called before they arrived. They cleaned the gutters and roof well. They came when I was at work, but did not call when the work was done as they said they would.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. He told me that I didn't need to have them out that often. He was very prompt in getting back to me, very polite, responsive, and didn't try to oversell me on anything.
