Description of Work: I bought an Angie's Deal. Didn't need chimney cleaned but had problems with ancient flu not closing all the way so critters had gotten in over the winter. They replaced it with a new one & sealed off all points of entry so no more critter incursions.

Description of Work: The business man called us to tell us he had been selected for jury duty and would call us back when the responsibility had been fulfilled. Apoproximately, one month past and we didn't hear from him. When we called him, he simply said, it was an unfortunate oversight and he would schedule time to come by and do the job of cleaning our gutters. He completed the job, however, he really needs to work on his 'customer service'. Since their services are paid for when they are ordered through Angie's list, it is unprofessional for businesses to be negligent in their response time to customers (since the service is pre-paid).

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and drain pipes. Unfortunately, he left some of the drain pipe connections loose and water now sprays from connections.

Description of Work: I purchased the Rodent Exclusion Package from Wolfman Chimney and Wildlife on 10 July 2015 and never received a phone call or an email asking to schedule a date to complete the service. I got one email and I believe it was a computer generated email stating "Hey Bruce, Thanks for your purchase. I will be calling asap to get you on the schedule. Thanks" and so I left my phone number and ask them to call me to set up an appointment but today is the 20th of July and I still haven't received a call to schedule. This is bad management to the extreme and a total lack of dependability. Customers need a company they can rely on and know that when they call will show up to fulfill their commitment to the customer. This is why I called Angie's List to cancel this service request. I have a rodent problem today and need it taken care of, not in the future whenever that would be. I will call someone else that will not get paid until I receive the service, hopefully this will ensure they show up to complete the service request.

Description of Work: (Not certain of date as it changed) We had hired a service in a previous year and we were not impressed with their work. They blew out gutters but left the mess behind. Wolfman cleaned everything! Gutters, the messy leaves and all. Very professional!
