Description of Work: Jack gave me a window of between 8 & 10 and called at approx. 8:30 to tell me he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Upon arrival he briefly explained what he would be doing and was finished within the time he had said it would take him. Upon finishing he told me that the fireplace was quite clean due to the fact we do not burn it much and that the outside was also in good condition and advised that I could probably go many years without needing his service again. I appreciated his honesty and he was a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: A young man with a packback blower and ladder to clean the gutters on a two story house!? I mentioned many times the home has a metal roof and would he be able to get up, and he said he didn't think it would be a problem. He is totally nice, but also totally unable to assess the jobs he accepts.
