Description of Work: The technician was very pleasant and helpful. He cleaned out the fireplace area and inspected chimney/roof. Worked diligently and kept interior of house nice and clean. |I did get an estimate to paint the back part of the chimney and seal at the base of the chimney. Although it probably needs to be addressed soon, I thought the bid ($250) was a bit high.
