Description of Work: Arrived later than 1st stated. Cleaned chimney as expected. Stated outside chimney above the roof needed sealing. Charge for sealing was about what I got the original deal for. The flue, I thought, needed adjusting. First they stated they would replace it and then after finding the leak above the roof they stated it did not need replacing. Fireplace before during strong winds made a faint noise like wind coming down the chimney. Now the fireplace makes a whistling sound and the front of the fireplace feels cold. I checked the flue and it closes like before with a very slight opening. Maybe cleaning the chimney allows for more wind to come down it?????!! The men were courteous and the job was done quickly. I just wish we had taken care of the flue being ajar when closed so I wouldn't hear what is now a whistling sound. PS I wish the A,B etc ratings had a "-" option.
