Description of Work: We purchased the $99 deal for gutter cleaning and roof debris removal. John arrived and after greeting us at the front door, he proceeded to climb onto the roof and blow out the gutters with an electric blower. At first I was concerned because it made a huge mess on the lawn but by the time he was finished and had used the blower to disperse the mess on the ground, it looked fine. He reported the roof to be in good shape. John was very pleasant and we were happy with his work. We would us this company again.

Description of Work: Blew the leaves from the gutters form the roof top. The result was the leaves are clogged at the downspouts. I have had to climb my ladder up to the gutters and remove the leaves by hand in order for the gutters to drain. Blowing the leaves with a leaf blow sounds good in theory but it is not satisfactory.

Description of Work: I think maybe I would give them another try but I hate the thought of having to hang over their shoulder to make sure everything was don, for instance the view from the front, but was left less than clean behind the logs(fake) logs.
