Wolfman Chimney & Fireplace

I was told it was ok if I replaced the gas burner. As it turned out it was not safe because the flu pipe was disconnected and so any heat went directly against the roof sheeting instead of out the stack. Another contractor found it after I asked him to look up the chimney.

OK, took two weeks to get a new chimney cap. Also my initial order through Angie's List got lost somewhere in the process. That was all corrected and ultimately got everything done. The technician who did the service was very good once he was on site

Great! They first inspected both chimneys and gave me an estimate. While he was up on the roof, the tech noticed the flashing was loose and repaired it at no charge. When they came out a second time, they were on time and completed the work. Very happy with the service and will call them again if I ever need them.

Went xtra mile on vent cleaning n chimney. Gutter cleaning was messy n left stains on brick.

They did a couple of things for us. They left a trap in our attic to catch a raccoon and they never came to pick it up.

Roof was good, but had to replace cap on chimney and flashing. The man who came out did a wonderful job and was extremely professional and courteous.

Good service. Would have liked to see a method to capture the lint coming out of the vent so it wouldn't be all over the roof and ground.

It went great. Aaron was so professional and respectful. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. We pre-paid 99.00. I think price is good but maybe could be a little less because it was a quick job that required a ladder and vacuum, but it did save us the hassle and time, and they drove out to our area which is outside of San Antonio.

Went well. Tech was punctual and connected blower to dryer vent hole in utility room, turned it on, then went on roof to remove vent cover and let lint be blown out. My only complaint is that he didn't use a collection system or put a bag over the roof vent, so I have lint all over my roof and parts of my yard. But small issue compared to cleaning vent out and getting rid of a fire hazard. Not the cheapest but got no "upsell" for more services which is the complaint I had noted from reviews of other vent cleaning service providers on Angie's List. Overall I'm happy and will use them again.

Everything went very smooth. He did so well that my neighbor used him the same day. Plan on using him again next time.

Technician was very nice, but all he did was walk around the house for 3 minutes; then go back to his truck to write up a $980 estimate to "patch up to 6 spots where they could get in". I will never use this place again for anything. Unfortunately, I had already purchased the chimney sweeping service, but will see about getting a refund instead. They'll probably tell me I need an entirely new chimney or something.

Great, they were on time and he was knowledgable of where the vent was on the roof and completed very timely. Our dryer is drying much better now.

They were prompt at first, & technician Aaron did a good job setting everything up. After a week or 2, we had caught a neighborhood cat, 1 small raccoon, and I heard no more squirrels, but no one called to finish the closing of the entrance to my roof space or address the continuing raccoon invasion. After a month or more, I started calling & leaving messages. It took another month to get them to finish. I had to pay extra for the reinstallation of the cage to get the "Mama" raccoon, and would have to pay $150 to get the cage set again. Aaron was thorough when he was here, but I think they couldn't keep up with business. The "Deal" was a good price, but costs skyrocketed after that & prompt responses deteriorated. You just have to be persistent with them.

Quick and efficient service provided. Appointment was scheduled within a week of request, timely arrival of service provider, professional disposition and left everything nice and tidy once the job was done.
