Wolfman Chimney & Fireplace

He showed me a better way of lighting my fireplace and what I had been doing wrong. I would use him again.

Called to let me know exactly when he was coming, was very nice and seemed extremely knowledgeable on the subject. His prices appeared to be very competitive and I never felt like he was trying to sell me on anything I didn't need.

Great service. Arrived on time, quickly removed an unbelievable build up from our vents. First time cleaned in 15 years. Did this as a precaution after relative had a fire due to lint build up in dryer vent. They let me rest easier with one less concern to worry about. Not only were the quick they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend.

Jack came over and said that my chimney did not need to be swept. And since I had already paid for the chimney sweep service he could provide another service. It was then that we talked about other things he does and he said that his business is also critter removal and prevention. We had previously had a problem with raccoons and other critters in our attic areas. He did an assessment and said he could put heavy duty screens over attic vents and metal wedges in other entry points around the eves. Which luckily he had time and stayed and did the work. I had also mentioned that the times we have had rain that water was coming into the fireplace box. (actually dripping on where logs would be) He went in the attic access (where he can see part of the chimney) and up on the roof to look at the chimney cover. His pictures showed it was rusted and we both looked in the attic access and saw no water damage. We discussed repair options and decided on a new cap. Jack took the measurements and showed me pictures of samples. He has someone custom make them, which to me is great. (at least then I know it will fit) It took about 1.5 weeks to get the new cap in. He called me to schedule an install time. Even though we have had not really had a lot of rain, with what we have had there are no leaks. I recently had a new roof installed. The roofers removed the metal wedges (als lost them) that Jack installed, even though I asked them to save them. I called him and asked him to come over and replace what was removed. He has scheduled a time to come over with no charge. I have recommended him to everyone. He is a great person and worker

Very simple. He merely went around the inside and outside checking all possibly entries. In just two weeks, with a rat already inside at the time of service,we don't know if it was successful.

It was great. My chimney did not need to be swept and they just gave me a $79 credit. The worker was very courteous, polite, and professional.

They discovered a nest in my dryer vent. He removed the nest and cleaned the vent. My dryer was taking hours to dry a load. Now cloths are dry before the washing machine finishes.
