This was a good interaction. The company representative showed up on time and walked all around the house including the roof. Previous work had been done on our house, and he addressed our concerns about a specific area that needed touch-up work. Given that he didn't do a substantial amount of labor himself, he offered to apply the contract fee toward other services on our house (i.e., chimney work). I really appreciated the honesty and fairness of the business. Will definitely use them in the future for the chimney touch-up.

He was so polite on time called me so that I could have the dogs put up so they would not get out of the gate. After checking out all of the parts of the fireplace. He told me that he could charge me but there was nothing for him to do. The chimney had no build-up and he would keep us on the books so that when we did need him to clean it he would come and charge us what we have already paid,

My main issue is with mice getting in the garage, not the attic. (this is a split level L shaped home with the garage a full level below the main house) In the seven years I've lived here, there is only one mouse that has gotten into the house. I told them this and they proceeded to give me a $750 estimate to block off possible entry points into the attic. I did not purchase the service.

Although the price is a bit on the high side, the job was well done. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for this type of service.

Jack was on-time, called before the appointment to let me know he was coming. When he arrived immediately jumped into action and inspected the roof, attic, outside and inside the garage. He explained what he was doing, what he was looking for and helped with peace of mind in the eradication of vermin. Without a doubt I would use him again and highly recommend his services. As he explains he looks for any and all ways the vermin can get in, not if he thinks they can but is it possible. If there is even a remote possibility he blocks the access point. He attention to detail was OUTSTANDING!

They were right on time. They were courteous and meticulous in setting up a drop cloth and removing and arranging the logs in the exact location as when they arrived. They cleaned all of the logs and the gas burner parts. Everything works better than ever.

Everything went well during the visit. Jack examined everything before lighting the fireplace and answered all of my questions. One thing that I noticed, though, was that he kept repeating his personal opinion about the ventless gas fireplace I have (it wasn't 100% favorable). However, I did appreciate it when he told me that I could change out the type of fireplace I have now for a pre-fab vented gas or wood-burning fireplace and gave me a rough idea of how much that kind of job would most likely cost. All in all, the visit went well, and I would both recommend and use Wolfman Chimney and Wildlife in the future.

The fire place had not been used in 8 years and it was missing the some of the stuff that goes with a gas fire place. He updated it and arranged the logs.

It is fine so far. He put some traps to see if we can catch the squirrels because I had squirrels in the attic, so it is not finished. I paid more than the Big Deal price. I haven't bought anything on Angie's List that has been the price advertised. He was fine, I just didn't expect it to be so expensive.

It was good. My dryer still works. He always answers the call every time I call and he was on time.

Wolfman did an excellent job. I've never had a fireplace before so he gave me some tips. He also suggested I get my fireplace fireproofed which I will before next winter. When I do, I will call this company again!
