Wolfman Chimney & Fireplace

They were what I expected. The price was fabulous. They made recommendations of something to do. They were very good.

Service person showed up on time, was friendly and provided service as expected.

He cleaned them on June 22nd. On June 23rd, we had another heavy rain and the gutters and downspouts handled the rain with no problem. Thank you Jack. I'll be contacting you next year.

Provider was prompt, got right to work. Cleaned out the gutters, then cleaned up all debris on the ground. Courteous, professional. I would use this company again.

Jack called the day after I purchased the "big deal" to schedule the appointment. He had to reschedule the original Monday appointment due to an unexpected event, but, his wife called before the appointment to let me know. He rescheduled me on a Saturday of the same week. Not sure if he normally works on Saturday, but, I appreciate that he found the time. He called ahead to say that he was enroute and arrived as scheduled. He cleaned up all debris. My gutters are now happily gushing.

He was very good and so polite. My 97 just loved him and his helper. They came in did the job and spoke to mom as if they had known her forever.

I purchased a big deal with this company over the weekend. By Tuesday, the owner had called me to schedule an appointment. The owner came on time on the day of the appointment. He was extremely professional, respectful, and humble. He worked diligently and cleaned the gutters and the downspouts. He also cleaned up after himself. I asked him if I should have the gutters cleaned every year, and he said that I only needed to have them cleaned every two years. He was great. I will definitely use this company again.

They did a fantastic job on the cleaning and inspection of my fireplace, and they were very thorough. They showed up early, and got right to work, and then went over everything with me. I'll definitely use them again, great job!

They did a very quick and neat job. Would never have known they had done any service except that the dryer works great! On time, and very professional. Highly recommend.

Jack was great....on time, personable. Did a great job sweeping the chimney and I was greatful for the inspection on the roof. In my experience, most chimney sweepers don't do an inspection on the roof of the chimney cap, but Jack did. Thank you!

racoon was trapped contacted Wolfman once racoon was caught. He picked up the trap, was friendly, reliable, price was fare, would use again if same problem happened.

Purchased a big deal to get the dryer vent cleaned. My house is 25+ years old and the dryer vent runs through the slab before it goes outside. I moved into the house 1 year ago and had the vent cleaned by the ac guy (who had never done this before). When I saw that Wolfman Chimney and Wildlife was offering a dryer cleaning, I jumped on this deal. Jack has done some chimney work and critter proofing for me in the past and I knew that he knows what he is doing. Jack called to schedule the job. He was running early on the scheduled day and called to see if he could come early, which was fine with me. He came in and was prepared to do the job. There was some lint in the vent which he cleaned out. He also cleaned up the area behind the dryer and put everything back were it belonged. I definitely will call him next year to check and clean the vent area.

Jack was very nice on the phone and came at the scheduled time and date. He had not seen the type of logs we had and did not know how to work them. We were concerned he did not know what he was doing. It was raining that day and I asked if there would be a problem since I figured he would go on the roof. He stated most of his work was done inside. To my knowledge, Jack didn't go on the roof and I'm not sure if the chimney was actually inspected or swept at all. He looked up the chimney with the flashlight but we didn't see him clean the chimney. Jack recommended our logs be replaced, advised where to go, and even picked up the logs we chose using his discount. He installed the logs and my husband was concerned because he ran the gas line around the back of the logs and to the other side. We hired a plumber to come and put in another gas line that was shorter. This is a hard review to write because Jack was very nice, however, we did not feel confident that we received the service we paid for or that he had been trained properly.

After he took care of our chimney we sent him next door to our mother-in-law's house to clean her wood burning fireplace. He was was so personable. He also helps us take care of any wildlife issues.

Promptly contacted us to arrange the appointment. Called ahead to confirm early arrival. Courteous. Did a good job and cleaned up everything.

The service tech was very professional and on time. He got right to work and did an outstanding job and would highly recommend him to others.

This was my first time having my chimney cleaned in approx 10 years. He was very professional and explained the process. The price was reasonable. Excellent!

Jack was good at communicating. When he had to reschedule due a family illness it was no problem resetting the appointment. On the rescheduled day, he called ahead to confirm, showed up on time and took care to make sure the vent was cleared by working on and inspecting both ends. He was quick, courteous and professional.

He arrived on time, I had already cleaned out the fireplace from previous wood burning. He connected the new to the old gas pipe already in the fireplace which took a little time to convert. He removed the old grate from within the fireplace and placed the smaller new grate. Then he set up the new rocks in the design provided in the manual, with all the "ash" piles around to make it look real. All in all, he was very gracious in setting up my new gas fireplace.

I thought he was great. He did a good job. He was on time.

The service turned out just fine. Everything was just clean, quick, and done. It was easy to schedule. They were on time and professional.
