They arrived on time and did an excellent job.

Great. The technician was on time. He was polite and thorough. Would use service again.

Tech used a shop vac to vacuum gas fireplace, used brush to dry scrub faux logs and replaced some faux embers within 30 minutes of arrival. It was messy, but surprisingly easy. Will clean myself next time.

Jack was on time and did his chimney cleaning thing. It was pretty fast and I visibly could tell he did a good job. Couldn't even tell he was there after he left. I asked if my outdoor fireplace chimney needed cleaning and he said it didn't. He could have said yes and I wouldn't have argued. Quiet guy but gets in and takes care of business quickly. He gave me a lot of information about my chimney, how I could turn it into a wood burning fireplace, the pros and cons of doing so, and also gave me a can of black paint. Very informative.

Having built the house 18 years ago and never having had the chimney cleaned, we thought it wise to have it finally done. We only average 4-5 wood fires in the fireplace each winter, so we didn't really have a good feel for the condition. The company was on time and quickly completed the service. Perhaps it really didn't need cleaning because the service only took about 20 minutes which seems pretty expensive in a cost per hour perspective.

Arrived on time at predetermined time and cleaned out dryer vent. Took less than 30 minutes. Great experience.

We booked and paid for the service on line. The next day we received a call back from Rick to set up a time for the service. On the date of service, Rick arrived in the two hour window, and called ahead to say he was on his way. He thoroughly cleaned the vent. He gave us a summary of the condition of the vent and advice for the future care. He was very pleasant and professional to work with.

Arrived within the time frame we had agreed on, explained what he was going to do and completed the job . He also cleaned up after he finished. Dryer working so much better now. I would highly recommend this company.

The provider was very polite. He cleaned out my gutters and cleaned up very neatly after himself. He also advised me of carpenter ants that were invading my home from the neighbor's overhanging tree. He took time and was kind to advise me of actions to take to get rid of the ants. I would definitely use this company again.

A thorough inspection of the inside of our fireplace and chimney was done. He had some suggestions of minor things that needed to be done before we burned a fire in it. Will definitely use this company to make those repairs when we get ready to start using our fireplace.

He was woderful. He was really honest and he told me that it wasn't rady for me to get it cleaned. He said that he will keep it on file and I could call him whenever I needed it. He was really nice. I would highly recommend him.

He told me the fireplace wasn't working very good because it was over 20 years old and some parts were worn out. He said I should call a local distributor to check on getting parts. He was here less than an hour and did not seem interested in working on it any further. I went back to my regular fireplace technician to find out exactly what I needed to get it working right again.
