Arrival was on time and the technician was ready to begin work as scheduled. Cleaning went well and the inspection revealed a potential safety issue in bed of the firebox. Due to age and use, the bottom panel of the firebox was cracked and needed to be repaired, The repair was agreed to and performed immediately by the technician at a reasonable price. I would recommend Wolfman Chimney and Wildlife chimney sweeping services and I would use them again.

.He came out and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the chimney. He was professional and courteous and provided good details of the work and gave me great suggestions and recommendations on how to use the fireplace for better effect.

Gentlemen was courteous and made sure he didn't dirty my dining room or area rug. He also made sure not to track in soot on my floors and put everything back when he was done.

Everything went fine it didn't take very long and he did a thorough job.

They called to set up an appointment with a 2 hour window. They called shortly before arriving well within the time window. He cleaned the gutters promptly and efficiently and added blowing leaves from my sidewalk. Everything done exactly as I would have myself if I could. Would not hestitate to recommend this company to anyone. AAA+

Josh came out and cleaned out the chimney. He worked really fast and it was an easy process. He also told me about how often I should have it cleaned based on how often I use it each year. He offered to take a look at the outside of the Chimney to make sure it was in good shape and found it was weathered terribly. He suggested having it re-built and gave me a price which I thought was very affordable. He told me how long it would take to to the project and he was able to come out within a couple of weeks to complete it which worked wonderfully in my schedule. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I now have a new chimney on the outside as well and he matched my house paint perfectly. I am very happy I had it done as I was unaware that the north wind had weathered it so much.

First they were on time . Awesome. I received a call to let me know they were on their way. They swept the chimney, inspected the gas fire logs I have, and took the time to teach me how to use the fire place.They were very courteous and professional. will definitely use again.

He was very friendly and explained everything he did and made sure we understood I asked him to take a picture of the rooftop dryer vent for me so I could see the condition it was in and he had zero issues doing it for me He was on time and finished quickly and we will be using him again in the future
