Wolfman did a great job. We will definitely use them again.

From the start, communication was excellent! Jack called and scheduled the technician visit. John, the tech, arrived on schedule and gave me a quote for the work. He then scheduled the work which occurred within 5 days. I received calls before each visit and John showed up as scheduled. He ground out the old cement mortar and augmented the gaps with new mortar. Once done, he cleaned up the areas. It was a great experience!

They arrived on scheduled and repointed bricks on my front façade.

Looks clean and he cleaned up all the leaves and debris blown off the roof before he left.

Did not thoroughly clean downspouts. The first rain after this service I noticed downspouts reduced flow. I disconnected downspout components and removed serious blockages, mainly compressed blockages of leaves.

Mr. Jack W. was prompt, polite, and efficient. He cleaned out the dryer vent and even swept the debris behind the dryer. He gave us advice for future care of the dryer.

Showed up at scheduled time and did a great job

First time using this company. Purchased deal on Angie's list and a very courteous young lady called to set up an appointment. On the scheduled date John the technician called to say he was on his way and was right on time. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgable. He did no make a mess and answered my questions as he worked. It was not a part of the deal but along with the fireplace maintenance I got piece of mind. Will be calling them back in the fall and for another home in the future.

Did a great job, was professional and did not have any clean up to do myself.

Originally I provided a grade of F because the contractor did not contact me. However, after they finally contacted me the work was prompt and satisfactory. Only complaint is that I did not realize all the leaves and debris from my gutters and roof would end up in my yard for me to clean up. Would have been a much more useful service if they had actually removed the debris from my property.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List yesterday and have not yet heard from the contractor. I am thinking of asking for a refund at this point. I know with the recent story they are very busy but it would have been nice to at least have a call.

When contacted for schedule was told that the way the special $99 deal worked was that Wolfman would clean the gutters but I was required to clean up and bag the debris. They would clean up for an extra $75. This made their service $50 more than my regular service so I cancelled. I believe this is a deceptive practice.

The first time they no showed. But I called and told them and he apologized and said he'd have him out that next available day. He came out on time and apologized saying he broke his phone and had no way to call me or his boss. And the appt. was at 4 so they closed at 5 when I called. So giving them the benefit of the doubt on the first error. So the 2nd try went great and again he apologized. They did a great job cleaning and were quick and kept all the area clean.

Timely response to schedule and did not have to wait long for the service. Purchased a deal on Angie's list. Price was right.

Technician was courteous, personable and professional. He called ahead to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time. We are very pleased with the work performed .Wolfman Chimney has our highest recommendation.

It went OK. He gave our fireplace a bit of a dusting off but, since we had paid $99 for the deal, he offered to come back another time and do some extra maintenance work to make up for his inability to completley fulfill the deal we bought. We thought that was really nice of him, he didn't have to offer us anything-- he could have taken what was paid for the deal (too bad, so sad) and not offered to come back. While we were disappointed that he couldn't tend to our fireplace, we were happy with the others things he did do and would gladly call him back for handywork of that nature when we need it again.

John did an excellent job. He was on time, professionally dressed, courteous, and performed his work in an expeditious manner.

They were able to get out to do the job on short notice, arrived as scheduled, did the job, cleaned up and were gone in a short amount of time.

I am so glad we used Wolfman Chimney and Wildlife. Our schedules were a busy so we need to adjust the appointment dates, but they were professional and courteous and worked with us to reschedule. They were fast and efficient, perform high quality work, and they spend the time to educate the customer. Thank you so much!

Everything went well - I was at work so I unfortunately never met owner. However, they took before and after pictures of job and texted them to me. When I got home the roof looked great. No complaints - would do business again in the future.
