He did a good job' he talked me into refreshing the fireplace logs, but it was worth it -- a very dirty job and they look much better -- like new

It was fine. They came in and did everything they said they would. I would use them again. They're really quick. The guy who came in was really quiet. I told him I need it done and he just went off and did it. He came back and said, okay, I'm done.

They were great, on time, cleaned up behind themselves perfectly and did a great job. I would have them back. This is the second time I have used Wolfman, last time it was for chimney cleaning. This time they gutter cleaning was just as good! We used an Angie's List "DEAL".

Dolly contacted us right away to schedule an appointment and we got it on the calendar. She confirmed the day before the service and called in the morning to let us know that the original tech had a problem with his truck and would have another tech out later that same day. It worked well for our schedule and appreciated the call. George called prior to arriving during the hour window and completed the work as requested including clearing some overgrown vines from the 2nd floor siding of the house. Great job and would definitely call them again.

Exceeded expectations. They inspected the fireplace for safe operation and conducted a comprehensive chimney inspection. Since there was actually no cleaning required, Jack offered a $50 credit towards a future service and also provided great advice regarding purchasing a new gas log fireplace kit. Outstanding customer service!

John quoted $550 to reseal flashing around chimney and base, and reseal around 3 skylights and base. There was a $200 Angies List Deal discount. John and a helper worked on the roof for 38 minutes. This equals $553/hr for the 2 person crew. One skylight still leaks. I am unable to safely climb on the roof and see what they did, so will have to hire another.

Not good. You really need to make sure to understand that tune up is not going to happen. They basically bring a vacuum and clean the inside of the fireplace. My fireplace had a pilot light and a switch that turned on the ignition of the pilot. When they arrived, they basically vacuumed the fireplace and pipe cleaned the exterior vent. They don't even clean the cover glass. Said the chemicals could be flammable. Ummm shouldn't you know what chemicals you can use to clean the inside glass of the fireplace? When I asked if they could light the pilot light and troubleshoot the pilot ignition issue, they basically said, call an electrician they don't deal with gas or electrical issues. So they basically vacuumed my fireplace for $225 dollars.... NOT WORTH THE VALUE! There was no tune up, no cleaning of the pilot light, no explanation or suggestion of parts or additional services. Not a qualified person for gas fireplaces.

They were right here. I thought they did an adequate job of cleanup. There are some difficult areas on our roof and I think he probably could have done a better job on the more difficult areas, maybe use a ladder. He tried climbing it, I don't think that was probably the way to do it.

Excellent - very flexible to work with and took the time to understand the situation and rectify it - also , they were very responsive when I called and made the extra effort to get back with me in a timely manner to set up a time to come out .

Did an efficient job, offered a few recommendations that would help with drainage but we're not pushy about it which makes me believe their motives were honest and not just up selling
