We called Mr. Wolfe, he came out to survey the site and then provided an estimate for the work via email and we agreed to a start date. Mr. Wolfe showed up on time as scheduled with his crew, we all discussed the project and what was required, agreed, the they started working and finished the project in one day. The cost I paid was the price he quoted. The work area was clean with no garbage left behind and nearly a year later, we are still very pleased with our patio. Definitely a good company to work with and I would recommend him without any questions and we will turn to him first for future work. We also had two other estimates for this project and for comparison sake, one offered to do the work for somewhere between $5-6K depending on the finish..although we made it clear we only wanted a concrete finish...so communications were an issue. The second company out of San Antonio provided a bid for $5,484.30 for the patio, plus $1,114.03 for a "custom" powder coated guard rail traversing the four steps - top to bottom. Considering wrought iron fencing is about $100 per 8' segment, we thought their entire estimate was pricey, if not fancy worded with very, very specific wording on who did what and an outline of cost. If you want guarantees and have trust issues, these guys are probably the ones to pay for.

Outstanding. After contacting several contractors I met with Glenn Wolfe, after talking to him for only a few minutes I realized that he was the one I would be selecting for the work. Not only did he come out to the house personally, he arrived 2 days prior (coordinated) than are scheduled appointment, he told me that after thinking about it "2 days is to long for a customer to wait for someone to come out and look at a project". After our meeting he had an estimate to me in less than 24 hours, the work started less than a week later (it would have been sooner, but there was a long weekend due to a holiday). Glenn arrived with his crew on the exact time stated. Prior to departing for another job site he made sure his crew had everything needed to complete the project and ensured they knew exactly what was to be done. He also made it known to them that if I was not happy with something they would need to fix it, that was not necessary. Glenn checked on my project throughout the day.The crew were very professional and ensured everything was clean prior to departing for the day. Work was completed within the the time I was quoted and came out exactly as I had envisioned. Along with the outstanding customer service and quality of work, Glenn will tell you not to pay him a dime until the project is complete and you are satisfied, a custom long forgot with most of today's contractors.

He was very good and he followed up with calls. We didn’t know if he could do it and get it in his schedule because he was so busy. I would recommend him and he is a good business man. There was work that I had to do and I ended up finding somebody else that was a personal reference. He seemed like a very honest reputable business person. He was very attentive.

Work started on time with excavation removed soil was distributed in needed places on property. Forms were laid on day 4, concrete poured at end of day, forms were pulled, great crew no problems.

Glenn was awesome! He told us from the beginning that he would advise as if it was his own home and he did so. He was candid about his recommendations and really helped us plan out a great new layout for our driveway and sidewalks. It was a major renovation and construction project which required a lot of oversight. Our driveway was a mess - and it needed to be reshaped and the slopes and turns significantly changed. He would make suggestions, and then would layout the plan with the forms and let me make the final decisions. He was there everyday to get the crew working and continued to stay on the project until it was completed. His employees were very polite and respectful. They worked hard and were very accommodating. We have three adult children in wheelchairs and they managed to work around their daily walks with their dogs even during the pouring process so they could get out, The extras he did for us were numerous! He always returned my calls promptly! This was a big job - and it had some tough issues in the renovation of the driveway, but they met them head-on and my driveways and side walks are beautiful. We added in an automated gate and he coordinated with the gate company to install the gate track into the cement pour so we have no BUMP when you drive over the track. With my wheelchair kids, that is a huge deal. We had people stopping and taking pictures of our house - all before we even finished the landscaping. Now that the landscape is in place, our house is the talk of the town, but it would not have been possible without a great driveway / sidewalk layout. Glenn helped us get a solid framework for all the work that followed. Glenn has a great personality and is very genuine. I would recommend him without hesitation.
