+ -1 moreDoug is a superstar, I'd recommend him to anyone! He was quick, efficient and professional. I really enjoyed working with him and everything was done exactly how I wanted it done. There were too many things on the "honey-do" list to finish in one day, but he even managed to work another afternoon in that same week for me as I was anxious to get everything done asap. I'm so happy to have my long list of things completed, my house is really shipshape now thanks to Doug.

+ 0 moreI have never seen anybody work so hard as Doug does. He shows up when scheduled, works like crazy and never leaves a mess for me to clean. This is the second job he has completed for me and it won't be the last one.
Description of Work: Doug installed a floating floor in my kitchen complete with trim molding.

+ 0 moreI cant believe how fortunate I am to have found this company. His work is perfectly accomplished and done really well for an excellent price. Although our schedules were not in sync, Doug didn't give up. He did the work on a day when I couldn't be in town to pay him when he finished. Today he called to see when I would be available, came her to get his money and while here, decided that the gutter needed a few more screws before he was happy.
Description of Work: Doug attached my new rain barrel to the existing downspout. Before he could do that, he had to find the special diverter box on line and order it. He also added a section of gutter where the previous gutter company I used left a section that allowed water from the roof to splash into the pool when it rained.

+ -1 moreDoug was very detailed-oriented as he explained to me all the different angles/positions the we could have our TV, and he went the extra mile to re-position the frame for an even better angle of view. He even worked an extra hour on a Sunday, but did not ask for extra money. He said that he wanted his customers to be happy. So I felt really bad and decided to call him back again for another job. While he was at home, he saw another repair from a previous electrician that we called. Doug pointed out the holes that were left on the wall by the previous contractor and gave us a very reasonable price for another pending repair that we have at home. I am pleased that we have called Doug and that he was willing to work on a Sunday. We will definitely call West Coast Repairs again, and in particular Doug for his great service. They do carry liability insurance since it was the first thing that we asked for.
Description of Work: After having several friends with small children at home, and some of the little ones almost tripping over the TV, I realized that it was time to install / mount the flat screen TV on the wall. So as a reference from a friend, I called West Coast Repairs. They also told us that they were running a Holiday promotion so that sounded even better. Doug came to our home and what I really liked from them was the customer service and the prompt response when we called. He arrived home and explained in detail the different options that we had. My husband had purchased 2 TV screen supports at Costco. Doug explained that they were both for a 37" TV screen and one of them we could not use because the TV in our bedroom is a 32". The Flat TV is now mount and away from small kids in the living room, and I am planning to buy a bigger TV for our bedroom.
