I called and was able to book a service appointment within a few days of the call. The crew arrived on time and finished the work quickly. I had a separate contractor come out later to quote the staining for the fence, and they commented on the professional quality of the power washing. I would definitely use Sparklewash of Two Rivers again!

Everything went very well. The workers were very conscientious about doing a good job. The man in charge, ex-Navy guy, was very friendly and gave some tips for upkeep of drive and mailbox. He went ahead and cleaned a stone mailbox and a knee hi stone wall very near the driveway and walk. This was a little something unexpected and greatly appreciated. Would definitely use this company again.

It was great! They came out within the first few weeks after I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They did charge me a $25 trip charge for the mileage because I live out in the rural area and they drove about forth miles. They did an excellent job. They were on time, were very pleasant, and explained what they were doing. The power came from their trunk. They ran water from my home to their truck and they used the power source from their truck for the work.? It was very professional. ?Everything worked out fine. I was very pleased with their service.

This is the second Big Deal I have purchased from SparkleWash, but it probably won't be the last. Both times, the crews showed up on time and performed the service in a professional manner. Cleaned the area and addressed any issues I had before they left. I would recommend them.

They were a bit late because of the weather that day but hey were very professional and they did a great job cleaning the driveway, sidewalk, walkway and backyard cement slab. They even washed the entire area with bleach to get rid of the mildew. I am very happy with their work. I would hire them again.

Job done well. On time. Friendly crew chief (they sent 2 guys), ex-military, straight up kind of guy. Deck looks good. Only negative is they left some of the stuff from the deck in the back yard (tarp for table). I'd use them again.

Work was performed the following week. My friends are thrilled with the service from beginning to end. SparkleWash of Two Rivers power washed my driveway and the sidewalk leading from my driveway to my front porch. There was two gentlemen who arrived on time, were friendly and more important did a fantastic job cleaning the concrete. They were finished in no time at all. I would recommend SparkleWash of Two Rivers for power washing their driveway and sidewalk.

Technicians showed up when they were scheduled and pressure washed my front steps, sidewalk and driveway. All areas were professionally cleaned. They did an excellent job at a great price. I would use them again.

Extremely flexible and compassionate. My mother was ill and passed away and the coupon should have expired. Before I even had to ask, they immediately told me the coupon would be valid until I was back home and ready to use the service. They also cleaned my small, very dirty deck for no extra charge. I bought an Angie's Big Deal to power wash my 2 story house and made an appointment through the Angie's list message service. Sparklewash reps showed up on time and, after discussing what needed to be done, started the job. The house looks great! The stucco had lots of stains from 2 years of oak pollen and dirt. The reps were very thorough and I was so pleased that I requested a bid on some other work. Randall came to look at cleaning a pool house and pool deck. I expect to receive a bid anytime now and will most likely accept it.

This company was awesome. Very courteous and professional. Even washed the windows!. I was very impressed with the time and effort they put in. I would definitely use this company again.

Sparklewash was fairly busy so it too about 2 weeks to get on their schedule. Crew showed promptly at scheduled time. The 2-person team was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and quickly got to the task. The cost was very fair for the amount of work to be done. The job took a little longer than scheduled so it may have impacted the next customer. I will definitely use them again.

Jacqui worked miracles setting this up on short notice. A skilled scheduler! Todd knew his business, had all the right equipment and an attitude I love: CAN DO!. ?I should have had them do more. Darn it! And, Todd did do all my gutters, thank goodness! And, then cleaned up the mess it all made without any prompting from me. Awesome.

Todd's service was great, got our house very clean. I didn't know to let him know in advance, but he has a rust treatment for any rust spots from nails. Would have been helpful to be told that before the service date. Also, very difficult to get a hold of in the beginning. Requested services in December, but didn't receive a response for a few weeks. I think this was a fluke because he was very responsive after that little glitch. Overall, great service, reasonably priced. We'll bring him back for our next power washing.

Asked for them to come give me a bid to power wash. They responded very quickly. They came the same day. I told Todd to give me $150.00 worth of work. Todd got on the roof and went to town! The results were amazing. The price was reasonable. The owners are Air Force veterans. I was honored to give my business to these good people. I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.

Bought the deck restoration package that was supposed to include the brightener as well as securing loose nails. I received a voice mail on the day the restoration was to be done stating that they were running late because other people didn't show up for work that day. I called back and let them know that was fine, I would be waiting. The arrived and powerwashed...that was it, no "restoration" involved. While I understand that the two men working on the decks had only been with the company for a short time, when I asked what it would cost for sealing the decks, they did not know how to measure the decks. While I should have just sent them away at that point, I was desperate to get the decks stained before oak pollen started falling. They advised that someone would be in touch the following week for an appointment. They showed up at my house the following Monday evening. One of the two guys worked efficiently, the other goofed around and spent most of the time talking. There were three evenings like this, they stained in the dark...and the final evening, one of them asked me for my phone number - needless to say, I thought this was even more unprofessional than anything that had gone on up to that point. After a few days of waiting for the stain to set, it was obvious that the decks were a mess...one deck was significantly darker than the other, areas were missed and there were multiple stains on the concrete from dripped stain. I contacted Todd and he was responsive, came out quickly with one of the gentlemen that came over originally (not the one who asked for my phone number, thank goodness). They completely restained the one deck and did touch up on the other deck. Since they have left, my decks are better, but the stain is still uneven, there is still stain on the concrete and there were rags and some sort of tarp left in my back yard. While I am down $700, I will not contact Todd again to "make this right", my life and my kids lives have been disrupted by what should have been a simple project for a professional. Needless to say, I would not use or recommend this company.
